Hi and welcome! I'm sure someone could work that image over a little, where did it come from? It's a little on the small side so not sure if we could do with a larger image source if it hasn't been resized.

Well the image source was found through google images. The picture I chose came from http://www.shacknews.com/article/70467/batman-arkham-city-adds-mad-hatter-poison-ivy
for it's higher image quality. Like I said I edited it to try and make it fit the parameters, cutting off edges and the like.

Nice to meet everyone first and foremost, newbie by a little while. Anyways if I may ask, I was making edits to the Character's page for {{Batman: Arkham City}}, trying to add a picture for the mad hatter. I found one online but because of conditions I tried editing it to fit the outlines. And...well...
Yeah. So as you can see I'm not so great at this. Is anyone able to enhance the picture quality or properly edit the source material to work? You have my thanks.
