No, this is just like the games where everyone is gender flipped, or Patrick Star, or a sociopathic Draconequus. Right?

For something this complex, with oodles of Alternate Character Interpretation thrown in to boot? Yep, I'd say Role Playing. Also:

O-Town is the setting of Rockos Modern Life, everyone is a colorful animal who acts very human like, a company called Conglom-o owns everything and apparently everyone, there is mass chaos, yet Rocko remains very calm with his annoying friends. Plants, weather, and non anthropomorphic animals take care of themselves the way they were meant too.
Equestria on the other hand is a country ruled by an evil totalitarian dictator known as Princess Celestia, almost everyone is a pony, and they are forced to walk on all fours, be naked most of the time, and hold and control things with their mouths, or if they are a unicorn, the magic of their horns. When they are still you tweens too young to know who they are they are forced to get a cutie mark to determine what they are supposed to do for the rest of their lives. Celestia hated Discord, spirit of chaos so she got rid of him, this means pegasi have to move clouds on schedule, and ponies have to make plants grow and take care of wild animals because they can't do it on their own, and the princesses have to raise the sun and moon.
In this game O-Town and everyone in it was blown into Equestria, you have to act like you would if you were caught in the middle of this.
