Sonic Generations, my first self-christmas gift(the other being Mario Kart 7) arrived today, along with Rayman Origins, which I can't play until the big "X". My Lady Gaga concert Blu-Ray movie(Over two hours long with an amazing set list) is on its way, and next week my complete Harry Potter Years 1-7(8 pc) Blu Ray set will ship.
And finally, I'm getting back into writing. Inspiration has struck and I'm working on my book, my play, my screenplay, and I've written three more songs. Not only that, but I'm back to painting and drawing. I've realized that the reason I can't create art I'm happy with is because I'm an abstract artist. When I experiment and strive to create what I feel, I'm finally happy with my work.

I'm finally starting to come at peace with the last few months of last year (very painful time in my life), by realizing that if I didn't go through it, I wouldn't know things that I needed to learn to be a wiser, better person. Things like, "You don't know everything" and "Just because someone has a different opinion than you do doesn't mean that they're wrong, nor does it mean you're wrong" and "If a person seems crazy at first, they just might be crazy."
This is a huge breakthrough in dealing with my depression, and I'm glad I made it.

my grandma rearranged my room while i was at school one day. seems like it would be a nightmare for most people, but she hung up some pictures ive been meaning to, finally got that huge tv outta my room (i dont watch tv and im tired of people who do hanging out in my space), moved my bed, and sorted out my clothes. so basically a lot of my little stresses just got swept away. my grams is a gem.

My birthday is tomorrow. My mother is giving me some money, so I might finally be able to buy new shoes! All of mine are currently old and full of holes.

Today was certainly eventful—in a good way. My parents bought me a used car. Didn't think we were going to do it today, but I drove it around to good effect. I like it a lot! Now I just need to keep practicing so I can get my license.
I also went to a media store, where I got Robocop, The Hurt Locker, and... Plan 9 From Outer Space. I also got a Miami Vice soundtrack vinyl and a Marlon Brando biography.

I quietly left a group I decided wasn't healthy for me on my own accord, which is huge for me because it means that I'm no longer so lonely that I can't muster the courage to leave a group I don't like.

- Took a nice shower and shaved
- It was a nice day so I went out to lunch with my sister
- It only took me three tries to beat an infamously hard level (Fire Emblem Fates: Conquest to be exact)
- I fixed the internet when my dad failed to do so several times
- I made good art

The only thing bugging me is that I have a dentist appointment tomorrow. I hate the dentist and I know my teeth are jacked up—they're just gonna berate me for not flossing and brushing well.
