:P The indecision was about a caption. (Fine if you think it's risque, but it isn't NSFW at all, let alone "not quite". If that's not OK to be caught looking at, neither is a picture of Mickey Mouse.)

Page images can be as risqué as they want to be, they just can't show the bits. [1] Personally, I don't care for risqué images*, but I don't write the rules.
As for the caption, I don't think the image needs one, considering the speech balloon that's already there.
