I vote imageless. It's not quite NSFW, but I think it's a bit more risque than a page image should be.

"The Daily Show has to be right 100% of the time; FOX News only has to be right once." - Jon StewartThat's 6-1 for #14 :P The indecision was about a caption. (Fine if you think it's risque, but it isn't NSFW at all, let alone "not quite". If that's not OK to be caught looking at, neither is a picture of Mickey Mouse.)
- He's fiddling his box to work his mecha-meat... damn you, Freud.
- I think I'm supposed to be impressed, but... I can't stop laughing.
- "Nothing can stop the power of Codpiece!"
- none

Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.Since the clock's up and the #14 pic has a fairly clear consensus, I went ahead and added it; quick crowner for the captions?
Hook-ed.
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.Page images can be as risqué as they want to be, they just can't show the bits. [1] Personally, I don't care for risqué images*, but I don't write the rules.
As for the caption, I don't think the image needs one, considering the speech balloon that's already there.

I'm not crazy, I just don't give a darn!Well, the leader and "no caption" are tied right now at +2 and 1.67:1.
Calling this one. The leader's added to the page; locking up.

Clock's up; we need to decide on something.
