Not clear enough: Living Doll Collector

What's going on? I'm assuming this is about psychoes who make dolls out of people.

Thats... pretty much exactly what the trope is.

What's wrong the picture, exactly?

I just wondered if we could find something where the human doll was in greater focus. The big guy holding her took up a lot of the frame.

Well the trope is about the people who keep said "dolls", not the "dolls" themselves, so having him be the main focus of the frame makes perfect sense.

Off hand, the only collector making a doll out of humans I can think of is May, I'll do a few image searches to see if something comes up with her cutting or sewing.

Okay, here's Corpse Doll 1 and Corpse Doll 2. Honestly though, I think it's fine, and I don't know that we can find something better.

Alright, I'm not switching the pic based on just a coupla votes, so let's have a quick crowner. The snooze is hit.

Bump for votes...right now the doll collection pic has a +1 margin but a lousy ratio, and the current pic's at 0.

I feel like I should bring up that the current pic doesn't really show the "collector" aspect. The guy is hugging A doll, but there's no indication that he actively collects them.

That's a good point.

This is going to wrap tomorrow...if neither pic's in the green, I'll take that as a comprehensive vote to pull the current and stick both either on the page or in an Image Links page.

If we don't get a consensus, then that means no change. But we can add "Imageless" to the crowner and see what happens. Seems like both of the pics are better than no pic at all.

You sure? I thought the default if no image has majority is no image in general.

Hmm... You know, there is this one image I keep thinking of... Problem is, it's a fetish image. Not X-rated in any way, though. Still a little hesitant to put it up...

lol @ the Sailor Moon pic, though I feel like it has the same problem as the current pic. It shows someone with just one doll.

Just a note that there's a new option on the crowner. Very few votes, but it's the only one in the green.
