Looks like it's the end game already, well the author can probably wrap it up without leaving too many loose ends, most don't even get that.

I congratulate Naoki-sensei for lasting almost a year and a half on his first serialization. That's much, much more than most series get.

Yeah and I hope his next story will be even better. Would you like to see him do another fantasy series or something else?

I'm thinking the problem with magico was execution. The way things were handled were a few shades too generic for most people. That aside, there were no obvious problems with the setting, and the way he had things set up made this series the epitome of flexibility when it comes of how long the series runs, since the series only shows parts of an indeterminately long ritual instead of the entire thing (especially noticeable at the end of the tournament arc, where they went and skipped some time).

So, while another fantasy would be nice, I'd hope his next series is something that he can execute in a more unique way.

I should note that, while this series lasted this long, it was on the brink of death almost the entire time, and never broke too far past 50K in sales per volume when even lower-tier hits like Medaka Box get past the 100K mark on volume 3. It can be considered an huge flop, despite lasting this long.

Well since the series isn't over yet just really rushing at least they are giving him time for some sort of conclusion instead of just ending it in one issue.

Brooms can do anything.

Logic here states that, since two new series are incoming starting next issue, and Nura just got the axe, magico will follow suit next issue (meaning chapter 65), and maybe a 66th chapter in Jump NEXT like Nura did.

What can I say, brooms are epic.

That would be nice.

I hope the author can go make something again. I enjoyed magico overall.

Magico was really fun. So I do hope that he does get a second chance.

He's a decent enough artist to find some work, surely.

Jump follows a three strikes system, if Bakuman is any indication, so it should be fine.

As we had suspected, magico ended this week.

I never even considered that being imprisoned was a ritual. Man I should have seen that coming. I really enjoyed this chapter. The next one ends it?

I'm kinda pissed about about Nura but at least this means every chapter can get animated. The anime for Nura, both seasons, were absolutely stunning.
