Thought I should make a thread for this awesome manga. It's not your typical shonen, and... well, just go read the first chapter, and you'll see what I mean.

I have to say, I find this series fun, especially the dynamic between the two mains characters.

Sounds interesting enough. And the art is up my alley too (though it looks kind of familiar...). I'll give it a try.

I've been in love with this series from day one and was actually considering starting a thread about it but I see I was beaten to it.

I find the premise to be absolutely fascinating, an entire adventure based on a wedding? there is also a very interesting magic system. Love It!!!

I've been meaning to make one since I usually let a manga reach ten chapters before I start a thread. I might start one for Kagami no Kuni no Harisugawa soon.

Emma's Big "NO!" was just adorable.

Also, the weirdo couple is hilarious.

Archive Binging this right now. I'm liking it so far; the art style is right up my alley, and Shion is textbook Chaotic Good, which is a nice change of pace from other shonen heroes.

For me one of the best moments in the series so far was Emma winning 300 straight games in a row against a swindler mage who was using magic to cheat. Anyone else have a favorite moment?

The opening when he has the dragon break down the castle and eat her. That's so bizarre and wonderful.

I just like how romance is being handled in this series. At the very least it isn't just some tack-on to increase readership, it's a driving force of the plot too.

It's also pretty adorable. I do like how she is gaining abilities to fight with now. I was getting tired of her being helpless.

Hey I just started re-reading the series and I have questions. We have seen two out of the three sages of the west, but what about the third? the 3 are supposed to be the strongest mages right? or are they just well known for being the strongest? because the 3 Magi seemed incredible as well.

from the picture in chapter 1 Shion is in the middle and Zodias is to the right, and it appears the third is on the left I wonder what kind of character it is.

This isn't even getting into the different magician types. shion is at the top being a Black magician but Zodias is a red magician and still considered a sage so what about the third?

I apologize that i'm all over the place my thoughts never come out coherently.

The Three Sages are the strongest mages in Eaglyas. Stronger mages may be residing in other countries.

Also Shinon's reputation is kinda over blown considering his over the top methods. I think the sage thing is mostly for the most well known mage.

I really like this series.

Too bad it's tanking in the rankings.

It was initially rather high, but it recently hit a slump in the bottom 5. Take a look.

You said it yourself, hope is oft the death of man. I really hope it picks up quickly though, before there's a chance of them getting axed.

I hope not It's a nice blend of action and romance that really isn't seen to often or done that well and it actually seems to be going at a fast pace so I don't want to see it disappear before it concludes

Well if it doesn't climb back up into the rankings the best we can hope for is a shoddy quick ending.
