Sure it had it's problems, but I really really enjoyed Epic Mickey. I really hope they elarn from the mistakes and create a even better game.

Well, the bad camera was the primary complaint across the board. Fix that, cut down on fetch quests and you got an improved sequel.

While I've definitely played many better games, I can't say I'm disappointed by this news. I had a reasonable amount of fun with the first one, and it was charming enough that I would buy the sequel.

As long as the Wii doesn't get a phoned in version, now that they're developing for multi-platform, that is.

Camera fixes, multiplatform AND we get full voice acting.

Frankly, I am not excited about it being mult-platform. What that usually means is that the PS 360 version is the "real" version, and the Wii gets a watered down, phoned in version.

It seems like Specter's going out of his way to avoid the Hate Dumb this time (remember, everybody was complaining on how the first one was Wii only, the cameras being the most frequent complaint in reviews, etc.) Of course, I can't wait to see people mindlessly rage over this.

Just because it's multiplatform doesn't automatically make the Wii version the inferior one. I think it could be on par with the HD versions, provided it isn't handled like the Wii versions of Dead Rising or Sonic Unleashed.

That's a big "if". I'm cautiously optimistic, since the Wii is the series original home, but the fact that they're doing multi-platform in the first place is worrying.

They may do it like de Blob 2, where they basically make the Wii game, then port it to PS 360, being basically the exact same game, but HD.

Though tbh I'd rather they just ditched the Wii altogether for this one and went Wii U/PS 360.

Yeah, Disney's followed that model with Disney Universe, the difference being the PS 360 versions having DLC.

A French Nintendo Magazine is now pointing towards a 3DS version or companion game. Apparently with the subtitle Power of Illusion
