What a mess: Must Make Amends

I tried to crosswick the examples for this, and then I got to Battlestar Galactica and wasn't sure whether the entry was referring to the old series or the new one, and realized that the way many of the examples were written made crosswicking essentially impossible; as someone unfamiliar with the show, I have no idea where to crosswick these examples TO.

This isn't the only example either; many of the comics entries left me unsure where they go, and I took a wild guess for each. The Battlestar Galactica part was just the straw that broke the crosswicking attempt's back.

In short, I'm beginning to think crosswicking this would be a waste of time and effort on my part, since there's many so works there I'm unfamiliar with, and their entry descriptions aren't clear enough, and even for works I'm familiar with, I'm still not sure which trope lists per series (they often have more than one) I should crosswick things like this to.

Either the example section needs repair, or the crosswicking should be done by those familiar with the examples, (and with TV Tropes crosswicking norms) or both.

[EDITED IN: For what it's worth, I crosswicked most of the examples in the anime/manga section, comic book section, film section, and literature section, but even there I'm not sure if I did so correctly. Oh, and I crosswicked the Futurama and Order Of The Stick examples to both their main trope lists and the characters pages, but again, I'm not sure if that's correct.]

The trouble with Resuscitate The Dog (which still needs to be removed and redirected) is that many of the examples were poor. I had QQQ-marked a lot of them in the YKTTW, in the hope that they could be fixed, but it didn't happen.

If there is a Resuscitate The Dog in the wick, change that. Otherwise, I think the example can be safely tossed if it seems to be of poor quality.
