Resolving a Relationship dynamic.

I'm writing a fan-fic, and I could use some help in trying to flesh out the romantic relationship between the three main characters.

The basic relationship dynamic is something like this:

Person A is the main lead and a male. He's the stoic and the chosen one. He's rather shy, 18 years old, doesn't talk a whole lot, and really doesn't have a lot of people skills, since his parents died and he's lived with his grandfather and few people his own age for most of his life. He's also a celibate hero and fully asexual/aromantic, so he has absolutely no interest in or desire for a relationship with either of the other two characters.

Person B is 16 years old and Genki Girl incarnate. She also hasn't had a lot of contact with people her own age due to living with her parents in their research facility at least a half-day's journey from a town or other people (and by foot, since this is a world without cars or other vehicular transportation). She's taken her isolation in the opposite direction as the main character, immediately attaching to the main character. She definitely has romantic interest in the main character. However, she's bisexual, and also develops feelings for...

Person C, a 17 year old female. Even though she's not the leader, she's the decisive ego of the Freudian Trio to A's superego and B's id. She's definitely more than a bit of a snarker, and definitely has an edge to her personality, but is very loyal and has almost as much determination and focus as A when push comes to shove. She's easy-going, but also has a bit more of a dark and troubled past in comparison to the more pure A and B, and feels that she needs to atone for something. She initially has no romantic interests, but eventually thaws out a bit and begins to fall for B.

In short, we have a Triang Relation, type 1 (with person B at 'a') that over the course of the story evolves into a type 10 (with person C at 'a' and B at 'b'). What I'm wanting to know is - how would my main character react to the relationship evolution? He's aromantic, so he feels no jealousy or desire for it, and certainly doesn't consider girl-on-girl to be hot. And how can I develop the romance between B and C in a believable way (that is, not in a way that looks gratuitous or otherwise slapped-on to the story)?

From your remarks, A won't care. B & C will find things they have in common. B may take up with C to make A jealous.

Alright, I definitely see your point. But would A be more likely to be utterly repulsed/disgusted by the relationship, or be just so uninterested as not to care? Since I haven't any real experience with asexuality, I'm not sure exactly how to write this disinterest.

Sorry, previous post was made while waiting for takeout.

You say character A is "celibate" and "asexual/aromantic." Unless something changes, he will have no interest in a romantic/sexual relationship between himself and someone else. He will care even less about the relationships around him. Now, if you want to complicate the situation you've created, A may develop some interest in a relationship with B, especially if he thinks B has put herself off limits. If C is interested in B but considers her involved with A, C may look for someone outside the triangle, which could make B jealous. A, if he's paying attention, may conclude that B and/or C is trying to make him jealous; if he starts chasing C, and C's chasing B, and B's chasing A, you have emotional fuel for all kinds of misunderstanding and tragedy.
