Yeah, it's Eagle who's Straight Gay.
Apparently, Seth is also Straight Gay.
"Oh no, Sanji's Chronic Simprosis!" - Kou The MadThere is that one guy from that fairly recent KOF game who looks like a girl. Has blonde hair and freckles.
Seeing all these piss ant tropers trying to talk tough makes me laugh. If Matrix were here, he'd laugh too.Ash Crimson's sexual orientation is unknown. He's Ambiguously Gay due to his effeminate lifestyle and hobbies, but there's no Word of God (or Word of Gay in this case).
Also, did anyone mention Juri yet? It's more subtextual than anything, but there are heavy hints that she's lesbian/bi.

Let's see...Street Fighter was released way back in 1987, so Eagle being gay makes this series an early example of video games containing gay characters. In the same series, some people have long claimed that Zangief, the Russian wrestler, is gay. It should be pointed out, however, that they are using the Japanese stereotype that big, burly, manly men are gay as their reasoning. I'm not sure that Word of God has stated anything about Zangief's sexual orientation one way or the other.
John Crawley from Art Of Fighting 2 (1994) may be gay. This is due to a short dialogue between him and Mickey Rogers:
—>John Crawley: Nice footwork and a fine build. Marry me, you fool! —>Mickey Rogers: Ooh, yuch. I'm gonna bust you up good.
This is what they say in the English version. I do not have a clue what they say in the Japanese version.

Oh, Equestria, we stand on guard for thee!To be honest, it wasn't until Capcom vs. SNK 2 (2001) that Eagle became a tribute to Freddie Mercury (or at least, moreso than he actually was). Also, the English localization of AoF2 was full of quirky Woolseyisms that made it (more or less) a Gag Dub. The original Japanese version(as well as some of the other localizations) was far more serious in tone, so I'm willing to bet that John's line was only included for the English version.

Helpful Scripts and Stylesheets here.It all flip-flops with Zangief. IIRC, his Capcom Fighting Evolution ending had him fantasizing about relaxing in a pool with a bunch of beautiful women, but I know that there's evidence to the opposite as well. He could very well be bi.
Also, I just went back through Super SFIV. Juri is definitely a Depraved Bisexual seeing as her win quotes implicate her raping and murdering her opponents regardless of gender or age, not to mention her Rival Battles with Bison, Chun-Li, and Cammy being a three-ring circus of sexual innuendos.
"Oh no, Sanji's Chronic Simprosis!" - Kou The MadDeathmold from The Witcher 2. Though, he's another depravedhomosexual whose sexuality is associated with the use of sex toys (also portrayed negatively) and his sexuality is played for gross laughs.
He does, unlike a lot of other examples here, get a bedroom scene. However it's not clear whether it's a case of rape or not.
This post has been powered by avenging fury and a balanced diet.Benny from I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream (1995, and that title is a mouthful!) seems to be an interesting case. In the book version, he was gay, but the evil Artificial Intelligence AM turned him straight so that he could have sex with Ellen. In the game version, however, his sexual orientation seems to be played with. He is accused of murdering one of his own soldiers because he found out Benny's secret. That secret is apparently not revealed. However, if you did everything right with Benny, you get to meet his wife Manya at the end of the game. That raises some questions. Is Benny a gay guy who pretended to be straight by marrying Manya and he murdered a fellow soldier because the soldier found out that he was actually gay? Is Benny a straight guy who simply wanted no one to find out that he was married? Is Benny attracted to men and women which resulted in him marrying Manya, and having a sexual relationship with one of the soldiers in his unit, which led to murder when it was found out? As you can see, Benny seems to be treated as a rather ambiguous case when it comes to his sexual orientation in the game.
Oh, Equestria, we stand on guard for thee!
You mean Eagle.
