Don't most western video games already have voice actors?

"Every opinion that isn't mine is subjected to Your Mileage May Vary."This is just for fun topic. Yes, we know the V As of Mass Effect (and some like Baldurs Gate), but... well this is just for trying to have fun.
What's a seiyuu?
UN JOUR JE SERAI DE RETOUR PRÈS DE TOIAh.
..But wouldn't games like Mass Effect already have Japanese translations?
UN JOUR JE SERAI DE RETOUR PRÈS DE TOIBasically japanese for voice actor.
And ummmm..........Kugimiya Rie or Ogura Yui for Little Sisters in Bio Shock....that's all I got...I should try remembering names other than loli VA's.
But if I were to choose, I rather play western games in english(with subs). For the same reason why I want to play japanese games in japanese(with subs).
And if you want to know why I would like to play western games in english with subs...try to think of every single western game with character trying to speak in a "black accent"(that "muthafocka yo yo yo nigga" thing...something tells me it isn't called "black accent")

"Every opinion that isn't mine is subjected to Your Mileage May Vary."Though Bio Shock already got a Japanese dub, and the little sister was voiced by Kaori Shimizu (AKA Lain Iwakura). (And in case you don't know, there's Norio Wakamoto as the suit in Crysis. MASHIMAM SPEEDO).
I don't think Bio Ware games have been dubbed.
Western Games, especially those made by Bio Ware, are all exclusive to the West. So I was thinking... what if they were DUBBED? Which seiyuus would you assign to western game characters?
For instance, I imagine that Male!Shepard gets to be voiced by Katsuyuki Konishi...
