Well, you can still buy and use all of the Ferromins you want.
I haven't tested if there's any upper limit though.
Helpful Scripts and Stylesheets here. It's often an unpopular design decision to let the players figure things out themselves. Mind you, this decision is one I actually appreciate since it makes most players feel more accomplished when they do triumph.
Of course, maybe I'm strange in the fact that I'm far more likely to drop a game that's too easy rather than too difficult.
and that's how Equestria was made!Hard games are fun, I said~
Speaking of which, where are my damn F Virus Cores? I gotta get to Net Slum.
I am become Death, Destroyer of Miniputts.Sorry, that wasn't directed towards you. That was more of a response to Meophist's earlier post.

and that's how Equestria was made!I do like difficult games, although I prefer when it's possible to get by through skill or time investment alone. I don't like it when there's a puzzle that completely blocks my progress, as I have no idea when I'll be able to make just the right connections needed to solve it.
Thankfully, Chantelise doesn't require puzzle solving to clear.
Helpful Scripts and Stylesheets here....you're talking about Ferromins and I was thinking Recettear, lol.
...I just finished reading Another Birth. What game are you talking about?
Mutation.
Screw Magus, that was a one-hit TPK before I even got my bearings.
I am become Death, Destroyer of Miniputts.Well, I managed to get ahold of this game. I like it so far. I noticed that Recettear took a lot from this game. Also, the music is pretty awesome.
Also, this game is hard! I can't believe I got trampled by the 1st boss so easily.

You got some dirt on you. Here's some more! The trick to that boss is mastering the dodge move. Although I've heard some people have just repeatedly hit him with lightning and then gone toe to toe.
Also, finding the hidden treasures definitely helps overcome the game's challenge (and also alleviates much of the need to grind).

and that's how Equestria was made! Not just dodge, but dodge at the right timing, of all things. Recettear added a lot of things this game didn't, and do not forget : this game was the first game among the 'Original Fantasy World' releases EGS made, so it's more like a waters-testing release
What profit is it to a man, when he gains his money, but loses his internet? Anonymous 16:26 I believe...Got a bit further in the game, and took down that Terran Golem. Oh, and it seems Chante's fairy dust is bad for Elise's memory.
I like this game, but I do have one major problem with it. The absolutely horrendous camera.

You got some dirt on you. Here's some more!I got this game in the steam sale and so far I am liking it. Luckily I still have my old PS 1 controller and an USB adapter, otherwise I don't think I would have been able to play this game, the keyboard controls are horrible.
I have a question though, does the random items you find serve a purpose or should I be selling them? I ask because I would like to know if there is something like the fusion system in Recettear (I know Chantelise was made before it).
Nope, none whatsoever. Treasures should be sold

I find that the game is easier in story mode than in practice mode because in story mode you can switch your items for the situation.
I finally managed to beat the game! The last boss become really easy after finding some strategies, the super armor enhanced with two fire, two gloves and the crystal opsed to the spirit I sumoned pretty much let's you kill the arch devil with almost only one summon
So, I picked up this game for cyber monday and it is pretty much kicking my ass so far. Beat the first boss though, eventually. Took lots of tries.
Forever liveblogging the Avengers
But the grinding is even worse, and you have to only equip three of your progress, giving you an upper limit.
I'm not complaining because it's hard, I just suck at video games.
