At least here it's not an actual page, though.
For some reason, the way the search is currently set up it will bring blank pages as some of the search results.
All your safe space are belong to TrumpMain/Civillain found in: 59 articles, excluding discussions.
This title has brought 42 people to the wiki from non-search engine links since 20th FEB '09.
edit: I'm not seeing much misuse, either. Maybe a redirect would help with "Wiki Magic"?

Speaking words of fandom: let it squee, let it squee.Huh. When I first looked, it was just the blank "click edit" thing. Now it's showing the actual trope page.
Weird...
All your safe space are belong to TrumpI could have sworn this trope was called "Civilian" a first, but now it seems to be "Civillain". Which is still a mildly confusing title, but at least avoids my initial concern.
Now the question is, did it just get changed, or should I stop sniffing glue?
WTF kind of title is this?... Seriously might be the worst title I have ever seen.
As well as the worst description. This is where the villain turns the cops on the heroes?
Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!This is quite possible the most obtuse name I've seen yet. Rename crowner made and hooked.
Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. DickIf you have to think that hard to get the pun, then there's a problem with the title.
Darnit! I like the name, but it probably is too subtle and easy to overlook to be a good name. *sigh*
Speaking words of fandom: let it squee, let it squee.Consensus is for a rename. Adding an alt names crowner. Anyone have any ideas?

Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. DickIt's not bad.
Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. DickKeep the name, its good.
"You want to see how a human dies? At ramming speed." - Emily Wong. The name is not being kept. We did the rename crowner. We voted for a rename. This trope is being renamed. The time to vote not to rename is passed.
Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. DickOh damn, missed the boat.
"You want to see how a human dies? At ramming speed." - Emily Wong.Civilian Villain just sounds like a villain who isn't in the military. Falsely Reformed Villain? Fake Reformed Villain? Fake Villain Reformation?
Really from Jupiter, but not an alien.I Reformed Suckers like I Surrender, Suckers? Snowclone, I know, but it's one that works on its own.
Fight smart, not fair. So, looks like this is pretty stable and well in favor of Civilian Villain.
Get a slant at this glossary of Pulp Detective terms. It rates. Pipe that?I have to admit, recalling some particular examples of I Surrender, Suckers, the snowclone seems to work well. Wish it could be considered as a potential name.
Fanfic Recs orwellianretcon'd: cutlocked for committee or for Google?Civillain's description was copied and pasted to a new Civilian Villain page, I sent a report to move the discussion, there is now a new laconic page for Civilian Villain while the old one is on the cutlist, the wicks were fixed (save for a few artifact ones), Civillain is now a redirect for Civilian Villain, and there are notes about the change on the Renamed Tropes page and in the renamed tropes thread.
I also added I Reformed Suckers and Falsely Reformed Villain as redirects because I thought they might help improve use of the trope, especially the latter one since it is more direct than Civilian Villain is.
Feel free to check my work on the rename, I feel like it might have been a bit rushed.

Crown Description:
Basically, the trope's title isn't terribly descriptive, aside from the fact that, well, that's not what "Civilian" means. It needs a better name.
