Bump! Stumbled across this while reviewing old threads. I'd like to suggest renaming to Scare Quotes, since that's the standard name. We can keep Sneer Quotes around as a redirect for the humor value (and because that's what we normally do anyway).

Ok, rename done. There was no YKTTW and no discussion, so moving the discussion page is completely optional. Other than that, I think we're done here.

Just found this unindexed article that was created a couple of weeks ago. It is now indexed but has no examples. Will be putting it on the appropriate "needs help" page but also thought it wouldn't hurt to put it here either.
