I've seen and read a few of their works. I just wasn't aware that they were in charge of the story. I still think he might not be her real father.

Saya was adopted in Blood Plus, but I'm not sure how similar this is going to be

The show needs more of the twins. Much, much, much more.

Is there anything wrong with an incomprehensible ending? Sometimes we as fans need one to teach us that not everything is worth overthinking, especially if it doesn't even exist.

There's a difference between Mind Screw and "WTF IS THIS I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON ANYMORE, NEVERMIND THE SYMBOLISM AND SIGNIFICANCE OF IT"

That is a valid artistic choice though. Freedom of speech means freedom to mess with your viewers as cruelly as you please. Just my opinion.

Don't misunderstand, I 'liked'' it and I liked CLAMP for doing it, it's just confusing as hell.

Heres the irony about Tsubasa. Not only was the massive twist at the end a big mind screw, it was such a mindscrew that the audience, the main cast, the villain revealing the mind screw, and even CLAMP THEMSELVES were confused by it.

It's my first (proper) foray into the Blood franchise, and I'm liking what I see so far.

So, just watched the first episode. I'd say Saya would have to be the second-most awesome shrine maiden I've ever seen.

Also, did anyone else detect the Incredibly Lame Stealth Pun to do with the Elder Bairn? It's a rock. But it gets claws like a lobster. Rock Lobster, anyone?

Yeah, but Rika stood up to a raging yandere twice her size to defend her friend. Not as impressive when you know the future since you've lived it so many times, but I was certainly impressed.

I dropped in this thread just to say that the uniform design is freaking awesome. (I see it's already been pointed out, but I feel the need to reiterate it.) What kind of school gets a uniform with a chain connecting the collar?! Oh, CLAMP...

(Also, the twins are pretty damn cute.)

Seconded. Gotta love CLAMP. Is it just me, or is the Noodle People somewhat less pronounced in this series? Comparing it side-by-side with, say, xxxHolic, it seems much less noticeable than in other CLAMP designs.

It was pretty noticeable during the basketball scene.

It's not as pronounced as xxxHolic but more pronounced than Code Geass. I propose that the amount of noodlyness is directly proportional to the extent to which CLAMP is involved in the work. (I think it looks fine in their mangas, but it tends to translate poorly to anime.)
