Answering on behalf of Tre here.
- 1. Does your character's weapon of choice have any drawbacks?
- Sal, as a result of her floatiness (she is a plastic sword, after all), is easy to drop. As a result, Tre puts green and black tape on the hilt to make the grip a bit better. This worked, but she's slower than she was before as a result.
- 2. Who is his enemy?
- His first one is Cow, a crazed night guard who wants to get him and the Galleria residents arrested for trespassing (and quite unfairly, at that.) The second is Todd, his rival for the affections of his girlfriend at his school. To elaborate as to why, see the next question.
- 3. What has the Big Bad (if there is any) done to the character, direct or indirect?
- When Todd becomes the Big Bad, he takes Tre's GF, temporarily ruined his friendships, framed him for a thousand-dollar bank heist, and for good measure tried to kill him and his friends as a bounty hunter afterward.
New questions:
- What is the most OOC thing your character has done?
- How old is your character in terms of maturity in comparison to his/her actual age?
- What kind of car would/does your character drive, and why?

oh, that's why I need this binary mind // ⌘hey, good to see a reboot
Answering for Rairiss.
What is the most OOC thing your character has done?
- When he was nineteen he got in a drunken brawl over a girl. It was extremely out of character but everyone else was doing it and he hates being the outcast.
How old is your character in terms of maturity in comparison to his/her actual age?
- Well physically he's twenty eight but he's been in the army since he was sixteen. By the time the story starts he's at least thirty in terms of maturity, on bad days he's more like a sixty year old Shellshocked Veteran than anything else.
What kind of car would/does your character drive, and why?
- Car? He'd use the bus. He doesn't have a reliable income, and he likes travelling with people around.
Questions
- What sort of music do you enjoy?
- Do prefer to have transportation or do you like walking?
- For love or money? Which do you marry?

I've never done one of these before, but it looks like fun.
Answering for Portia:
What sort of music do you enjoy?
- Classical, for the most part. Her favorite composer is Tchaikovsky.
Do you prefer to have transportation or do you like walking?
- Transportation. Her vehicle of choice is her car, which she loves. It is a powder blue 1968 Cadillac Coupe De Ville named Gwendolyn.
For love or money? Which do you marry?
- She would want to marry for love, but considering her parents, legacy, and upbringing, her marriage would more than likely be arranged or encouraged according to money.
Three Questions:
- What is your least prized possession?
- Name a person that has changed the way you view the world.
- How would you spend your "perfect day?"
edited 23rd Jun '11 8:39:06 AM by BetsyandtheFiveAvengers
- What is your least prized possession?
- Beowulf: My bow. I mean, it is a nice bow, but I can't even draw it so it's useless to me. My cousin can have it.
- Name a person that has changed the way you view the world.
- Beowulf: My dad, quite easily. He taught me everything I know and told me to be whatever I want to be. So I do that.
- How would you spend your "perfect day?"
- Beowulf: Just playing music and spending time with the animals and trees, I guess, which is what I do most of the time anyway when people don't need me for something.
- What is your favorite song, or kind of music?
- Are you rich or poor, or in between?
- What do you do for a living?

Banned entirely for telling FE that he was being rude and not contributing to the discussion. I shall watch down from the goon heavens.Answering for Mark. :D
What is your favorite song, or kind of music? I like jazz, of all kinds.
Are you rich or poor, or in between? I guess you could call me rich, because my dad's rich. He earned it though.
What do you do for a living? I'm a university student. I don't have a job yet, but I'm learning the ropes to run my dad's business when it's time for me to.
Questions:
- If you could learn magic, what would you use it for? (Or if you have learned magic, what have you used it for?)
- Has just one person changed your life?
- How do you look at people who are different than you?
I'll answer for Jack.
If you could learn magic, what would you use it for?: If there were a spell that would keep me and mine hidden forever... well, I'm no laggard; I'd have learned it over those ten years of peace. Things would be quite different, wouldn't they?
Has just one person changed your life?: No. No, indeed. I can't possibly point to one person and say they directed the whole of my life. And wind or no wind, I am the captain of my soul and I dare any of you to say different. But if anyone gave me a map, I guess it would be Joe Turner back in Michigan. Whipped me into shape when I was young and ten times even the reckless fool I am today.
How do you look at people who are different than you?: I've walked so many roads, few people can be different from me in means. Temperament - well, if my first wife weren't so unlike me... I don't know what I'd have done. Now, if the difference is in your soul, there's when you need fear me!
- What are your reading habits, if any?
- What scenery do you find the most appealing?
- What are your appearance-based preferences in a romantic partner, if applicable?

Hail Martin Septim!Answering for Nora this time. (Also from Stuck.
- What are your reading habits, if any?
- Reading... hmm, reading. I don't do much of it, but that's mainly because I never have time to anymore. But when I do, I mainly like fun stuff. Action-y. Y'know, Maximum Ride-ish books. Of course, that doesn't mean I can't read a serious book. In fact, I love The Perks Of Being A Wallflower and The Outsiders, though it's kinda cliche to say that you like either nowadays. Both get me every time.
- What scenery do you find the most appealing?
- Scenery, eh? Well, Greyson is quite the looker. I've been places, and never once have I seen such a vibrant and colorful city. It never feels like it's too big and crowded because everything is just so diverse. Chaotic, but at the same time, cool. It's odd. I especially love the summer sunsets, the bright yellow burning atop the burnt pink sky for that tiny bit of serenity that comes only a couple of times. Tre and I always would go to the beaches down by the Bay and watch them as we ate dinner together or something. I miss that, honestly.
- What are your appearance-based preferences in a romantic partner, if applicable?
- Well, I have noticed that I tend to go for skinny guys with dark eyes. Windows to the soul that you're never that sure of. Hmph. Other than that, I don't really go for much appearance-wise. I'm more of a person who prefers the inside, really.
- If you could live anywhere in you world, where would you go?
- Do you have friends? If so, what's your relationship with them like?
- What's your idea of happiness?
I think it would be fun to answer with Karlo.
- If you could live anywhere in you world, where would you go?
- In my world? Wherever home is! I don't remember much of it because of the war tearing things apart...
- Do you have friends? If so, what's your relationship with them like?
- I have a few. My fellow Sentinels. Stephanie is... like I imagine a big sister would be like. Her and I are close... I think? I don't remember what being close to someone is like. Either way, she always smiles and it's quite contagious.
- Richard is quiet, but I somehow understand him better than the rest of the rank. He and I have a mutual respect.
- And then, there's Colonel Sherwood. I'm not sure if we're "friends" in the traditional sense, as she's my superior, but somehow, I get the feeling we're more than just that. We too have a mutual, much more professional respect.
- What's your idea of happiness?
- Happiness is peace, when us soldiers finally don't have to fire a rifle anymore.
My questions.
- Is there someone you'd live to protect, no matter what?
- How much do you remember of your past?
- Is your world a scary place?

Even when your hope is gone, move along, move along just to make it throughBradamante: My descendants, and any others who have suffered at the hands of the tyrant Robespierre.
Robespierre: My party, and anyone who has been subjugated by the tyrannical king.
Bradamante: I remember the events that made the most impact on me. But after a few centuries, it all blurs together.
Robespierre: I remember nearly all.
Bradamante: No. It's an insane place.
Robespierre: Nothing is scary when approached with pure reason. I can think of very little that a man of my visionary caliber is vulnerable to.
- Would you rather take a vacation to the mountains or the beach?
- What is your strangest quirk?
- If you could go out to dinner with any 5 people, living or dead, who would they be?

"All pain is a punishment, and every punishment is inflicted for love as much as for justice." — Joseph De Maistre.[[quoteblock]] 1. Would you rather take a vacation to the mountains or the beach? 2. What is your strangest quirk? 3. If you could go out to dinner with any 5 people, living or dead, who would they be? [[quoteblock]]
- Ryan:
- Mountains. I can't stand humidity.
- I have a tendency to pick at my fingernails.
- Probably Nicole, Jason, Bill, Janice, and an old friend named Rachel Stanfield.
- Nicole:
- Wow, you're really serious about that? Thanks! Definitely the beach, then. I was born too late to remember them, so I'd really like to see one some time.
- I'm usually a good cook, but for some reason I can never make omelets correctly. Author's Note
- Um... for certain variations of the word "with". I'd pick my parents, my brother Jason, and those two soulless piece-of-shit inhuman monsters who Nice try so I could give them what they deserve.
You need to add three new questions.
"All pain is a punishment, and every punishment is inflicted for love as much as for justice." — Joseph De Maistre.- If you carry some sort of bag with you, what's in it right now?
- If you were an extractor, what would your totem be?
- If you were in hell, what layer would you be in?
For the main eight, with feeling.
Philip
- A pen, a bottle of ink, a notebook, and a certain other book.
- A small, folded scrap of paper, the contents of which only he knows.
- First circle.
Ariadne
- Several monographs and various medical supplies.
- A jeweller's eyepiece.
- Second circle.
Emil
- Several currencies, various papers, extra clothing, a flask.
- A strangely heavy coin of indeterminate origin.
- Eighth circle, first or tenth bolgia
Perry
- Several currencies, various papers, extra clothing, a gutting knife.
- A small stopwatch with an interior inscription.
- Seventh circle, outer ring or eighth circle, tenth bolgia.
Ianto
- A number of books of poetry, numerous small objects.
- A tiny glass bottle with a broken neck.
- Seventh circle, inner ring.
Börte
- An array of small weapons and tools of survival.
- A bone talisman, intricately carved with words in a dead language.
- Fifth circle.
Timon
- Chalk, scissors, coloured thread, scarves, oil, matches.
- A yellowing bandage on his left hand.
- Sixth circle.
Shamash
- Food, found objects, socks.
- A bright red sock.
- Third circle.
P.S. And now I realise that I have performed accidental thread necromancy. Huzzah.
P.P.S. And here are your questions:
- What is the most valuable object in your character's possession to your character?
- What is the most valuable object in your character's possession that your character would be willing to part with?
- What is the most valuable object in your character's possession that your character would be willing to destroy with their own hands?

I'll hide your name inside a word and paint your eyes with false perception.
This is a reboot of the old Three Character Questions thread by Morven, which sadly got lost a few pages over.
Quoting directly from the old thread:
Don't worry about whether someone else happens to be answering the same questions as you are. It doesn't matter if you do that. What matters is that you answer three and put in three new ones.
It's good if your questions don't presume genre or setting, but no big deal if they do occasionally.
Here's three to start us off:
1. Does your character's weapon of choice have any drawbacks?
2. Who is his/her enemy?
3. What has the Big Bad (if there is any) done to the character, direct or indirect?
