I wouldn't care. I don't know what the hubhub is with advertising: I can always ignore it.
This, however, is a bad strategy. Most people will brush it off as another clantag.

Like the article said, this is a neat thing to have as a one-off goldenpalace esque stunt. It's a silly idea, but a funny one that shouldn't cause too much real trouble.
It being a regular occurence? Pillage and burn, my friends.
Bleye knows Sabers.They'll get more publicity from people talking about this stunt than from gamers actually seeing and following ads.

Still, yeah, it's not like it's as big a deal if you've never even heard of whatever they're advertising.

Apparently, this is a new strategy.
I dunno, that sounds cool, but it also sounds like companies will try and spam online gamers for stuff.
How would you react if companies used the games you play to advertise?
