The avatar above you is in an RPG. Make a short list of skills it has and what effects they have.

If you already did one for the above avatar, you can pick another avatar from the above gallery.

Additional, you can site the source of appropriate skills for more information.

Example:

  • Speed Reading: Raises intelligence by 1.
  • Elemental Shield: Raises elemental resistances.
  • Laser Sweep: An attack made up of sweeping lasers. Susceptible to mimicry.

It's mainly a list of her spellcards, lol.

  • Agni Shine: Ao E fire spell. Can have MP cost doubled for Agni Radiance
  • Princess Undine - Ao E water spell. Can have MP cost doubled for Bury In Lake
  • Rage Trilithon - Ao E earth spell. Can have MP cost doubled for Trilithon Shake.
  • Sylphae Horn - summoning spell - deals Ao E air damage * , can have MP cost doubled for Green Storm.
  • Metal Fatigue - Ao E non-elemental spell. Deals low damage and reduces attack and defense. Can have MP cost doubled for Silver Dragon, which summons said being to provide a 1,000 HP shield.
  • Silent Selene - Ao E dark elemental spell * , very high damage and cost.
  • Royal Flare - Ao E light elemental spell - very effective against those weak against sunlight, but weaker against those who gain power from sunlight - this modifier is independent of light resistance.
  • The "elements" can be combined over 2 turns for the following (the element order is the casting order);
  • fire and water - Phlogistic Pillar - high single target damage.
  • fire and earth - Lava Cromlech - Ao E fire damage, but can also slow.
  • fire and non-elemental - Saint Elmo's Pillar - VERY high fire damage to the target, though all others take low non-elemental.
  • water and fire - Phlogistic Rain - high water Ao E damage, which leaves burns.
  • water and air - Water Elf - summoning type draining spell - deals water damge to all opponents, adds it up, and all allies receive an equally divided amount of that.
  • earth and water - Noachian Deluge - Ao E Water damage which slows significantly.
  • earth and non-elemental - Emerald Megalith - Deals Ao E non-elemental damage, slows, AND reduces attack and defense.
  • air and fire - Forest Blaze - Hits twice for Ao E fire and air damage.
  • non-elemental and water - Mercury Poison - Aoe water damage and poison.
  • non-elemental and earth - The result is oddly enough to do with air instead - Djinn Gust - deals high air damage to all opponents, but comes with the slowing effect.
  • non-elemental and air - Elemental Harvester - High non-elemental damage and increases the caster's defense
  • Light and water - Hydrogenous Prominence -High Ao E water damage which deals extra damage to those weak against light.
  • Light and air - Photosynthesis - Defend command that heals the caster, basically.
  • Dark and air - Satellite Himawari - Ao E and hits 3 times - dark, air and non-elemental respectively.
  • Dark and non-elemental - Sunshine Reflector - If used on opponents, makes them weaker to light damage. If used on allies, makes them more resistant to it.

There are a couple of limit attacks;

  • Philosopher's Stone - Summoning type - summons 5 crystals, each attuned to fire, water, air, earth and non-elemental respectively. the elemental ones are immune to their own element and weak to the opposite, the non-elemental one is average in resistance to everything, and has defense piercing properties. All 5 can use the spells of their element - and can even unite to use the combination spells.
  • Royal Diamond Ring - This one ignores all resistances but no weaknesses - it deals massive light damage and massive dark damage to all opponents.

...And yes, I had a list of her spellcards open to do this. Only real changes I made was converting wood to air and metal to non-elemental - sun and moon as light and dark make sense (well, moon as dark will after you read the footnote attached to that part of Silent Selene)

Yeah, she'll be very aggressive wit hhe spells, as you'd expect of a Touhou character. (Photosynthesis does heal her if she stays in the light when it's cast in SWR/12.3 so that's where it came from. It was tough coming up with effects for many ofg them - it's mainly direct damage.)

Fortunately most of them shouldn't have to go this long - It'd pretty much be VERY short indeed for NoLegs.

  • Warp Star: Quick flight move to change location.
  • Exploding Star: An area-of-effect attack. Launched and then explodes.
  • Trueshot Aura: Allies' accuracy and damage increase with ranged attacks.

[down]Yep, good job at compiling the huge list. Must have taken a lot of work there.

I'm basing this around Nature Hero because that's the closest thing the avatar resembles... (though that prettyy much leaves me with only one of the 3 left afterwards...)

Physeical abilities;

  • Thorned growth - Causes some thorned plants to grow around the target, dealing earth elemental physical damage. (becuase they're thorned)
  • Sharpened Bough - A branch of a tree is created from magic and sharpened. Deals earth elemental physical damage.
  • Ravaging Flock - A flock of sheep is summoned and runs down all targets for physical damage. And you thought that this knowledge was reserved only to [[{{Worms}] worms]]...

Magical attacks;

  • Gust -Air damage to target(s).
  • Rain of Leaves - Earth elemental damage to all targets - but where DO the leaves come from?
  • Storm of Leaves - Hits all opponents twice - earth and air damage. Hey, haven't we seen parts of this twice before at least?

Healing:

  • Herbal Remedy -Knowledge of plants and preparation means herbs are carried around a lot. Heals the target. For extra MP it can cure one status effect of choice except thime based ones, petrification and death.

...Yeah. Also, feel free to choose one from my avatar gallery - I've received multiple for No Legs already. You have multiple Touhou chracters to work with if you so desire... hell, if you feel up to it, you can even do one for the Dalek or The Doctor

  • Frostbite: Low damage Ice attack.

  • Freeze: Stuns opponent but during the duration of the stun, they take 50% less damage.
  • Blizzard: Medium damage multi-target attack.
  • Arctic mist: No damage but reduces accuracy of all party members by 30%
  • Headbutt: Medium damage physical attack. Damages Cirno for 50% of damage dealt.

[up] You sumewhat disappoint me by not incorporating her spelclards. Seriously, the oen I did for OP (back when they were using a Patchouli avatar) was NOTHING BUT spellcards (of course, she DOES have quite a lot, Cirno... not so much.)

Actually, I intended that somewhat. Just doing a copy-paste of the spell cards limits the game.

[up][up]Spectre:

  • Iron Armor: Passive skill. Makes character immune to physical stun.
  • Cloak: Renders the character invisible, and thus not targetable by normal attacks. Consumes energy each turn.
  • Sniper Rifle: Long-range attack with high accuracy. Cannot be used next turn.
  • Ultrasonic Pulse: Stuns all targets within an area (regardless of party).

[up]Cirno:

  • Charm: Lowers the target opponent's attack.
  • Perfect Freeze: Stuns all objects in the field and scatters them.
  • White Rose Cluster: A giant snowball that rolls towards a target. Increases in size and damage the more it rolls.
  • Advanced Calculation: Next attack has a perfect accuracy. Effect can be transferred to allies with appropriate skill.

I'm taking that plane in avatar 7, since I can actualyl RECOGNISE it.

  • Minigun: Hits 10 times, uses 20 ammo
  • Missile: Hits everthing, but deals triple damage to the target. Uses 50 ammo
  • Flight(Passive): Enemy melee attacks suffer a massive accuracy penalty when attacking this.
  • Technology(Passive): As a machine, it has massive defense. Lightning is incredibly devastating against it, though.
  • Kamikaze: Kills self to deal massive damage to all opponents, and has a high chance of inflicting instant death on top of that.

  • Windup Punch: A melee attack with knockback.
  • Rollout: Rolls into an opponent and bounces off. Can hit up to 5 targets.
  • Extreme Speed: Sharply increases speed and evasion rate.
  • Super Sonic: Makes Sonic airborne and temporarily invulnerable. Melee attack damage increases while this is active.

Passives

  • Ice Fairy - Absorbs ice and will automatically revive if left dead for 5 turns.
  • (9) - She knows very little fear, mental based attacks automatically fail, immune to confusion.

Physicals

  • Blade of Ice - Hits the target for ice elemental physical damage.
  • Ice Orb - Rolls towards the target, hitting anything behind it as well. Ice elemental
  • Glacier Mallet - The hammer is so large it hits all opponents! Ice elemental, of course

Spell(card)s

  • Icicle Shotgun - Hits every opponent, but damage decreases the further away from the targaet
  • Icicle Fall easy - Misses the target entirely, but hits all others. Adding 50% to the MP cost upgrades icicle fall so it hits the target as well. Doubling results in Hailstorm, tripling it is hailstorm with double damage.
  • Cryogenic Beams - Hits the target and opponents immediately around it. Significantly slows.
  • Glacial Wall - creates a wall that blocks the next 5000 incoming damage, which is immune to ice but VERY WEAK to fire.

Limit attacks

  • Freeze Sign: Perfect Freeze - Slows every opponent while dealing massive ice damage to them. Hits again minus the slowing effect at the start of her next turn.
  • Snow Sign: Diamond Blizzard - Take Hailstorm lunatic and add the slowing effect of Cryogenic Beams.
  • Minus K - Cirno's ice powers and overall lack of intelligence freezes physics to breaking point - This spell reduces temperature BELOW absolute 0, dealing massive ice damage and has a high chance of inflicting instant death. Survivors will be slowed and/or frozen, the slowing or freezing ignores status immunity.

Yeah, I saved the spellcards for a little later. Icicle Fall was obligatory, really.

?

Skillset, not statset, please.

  • Smile: Lowers the accuracy of the target's attacks.
  • Taunt: Selects a target, forcing it to use its normal attacks on this character. Only works for normal attacks.
  • Nosedive: A medium-damage attack. Dives into the nearest target.
  • Blurred Imagery: Causes all ranged attacks to drop in accuracy for a few turns.

Really, what is that?

  • Ice Storm: Showers enemies with a flurry of icicles.
  • Chilling Blow: Causes Cirno's basic attack to slow enemies on impact.
