The World Ends With You RP: Manhattan style

After several times of trying this I'm hoping Four Is Death will actually help this RP. The rules of this RP match up with the system used in the Square Enix game The World Ends With You, with the setting changed to the Big Applesauce. Reapers are allowed but only 1 Reaper per pair of Players. Unlike Players Reapers do not need to be paired. Pairings are decided in the Discussion thread with my approval.

The location shift allows with a new setting which is still familiar to most tropers and where it won't be that hard to look up information. This also allows for a wider variety of both cultures and subcultures which tie into the Brand system.

Previous TWEWY R Ps either suggested or outright said that Players were restricted to an extremely limited set list of pins. But realizing that the runs foul of Rule of Fun I have instead restricted pin use by Brand. The brands are attached to American subcultures and patterned after the Western Zodiac but there is a rough equivalency, and pins of the Shibuya game are found in the equivalent Manhattan Brand. These Brands are.

Ram Inc. = Mus Rattus = Sign Aries The Generic brand. This is the standard "Jeans and a T-shirt" fare. Their mascot is a sheep like Mickey Mouse Expy. The people who don't really care about image much flock to this one. Low Brae Requirement

Bully Bling = Wild Boar = Sign Taurus This is the "Gangsta" Brand. Tend to be baggy lose and informal. These are the stuff you'd get kicked out of school for wearing. Ironically unlike it's Eastern counterpart you need high Bravery to wear this stuff.

Gemini Pride = Pavo Real = Sign Gemini This one is for the LGBT subcultures and their supporters. No. Not all Gay People need to go here. Basically the "Camp" crowd. The ones who draw attention to themselves or straight people who are really devoted to gay rights. High Brave requirement.

Lobster Boutique = Pegaso = Sign Cancer This would have to be the "prep" brand. These are clothes for those who love conspicuous consumption. This is also the clothing of choice for professionals such as lawyers and bankers. Expensive but with a Mid range Bravery Requirement.

Manestream = Tigre Punks = Sign Leo This is for the hardcore rock crowd. Loud and passionate music. The "mainstream" thing is just a pun. This is for all rock enthusiasts.

Virginal Grace = Sheep Heavenly = Sign Virgo This is for the more devout Christians. The clothes tend to be conservative and there are a lot of cross accessories. This does not mean every member is The Fundamentalist. It is for anyone who chooses to follow Christian values.

Scaled Down = Natural Puppy = Sign Libra This is the nerds choice. There are a lot of geeky things like shirts with game characters and math jokes. But the outfits are designed to be easy and comfortable to wear. The overall theme is minimalistic.

Black Sting = Lapin Angelique = Sign Scorpio This is the Goth and Emo subcultures. Black and purple are everywhere and there is an air of rebelliousness with this brand. Some are Troubled but Cute but there are is a fair number of the Perky Goth.

Archer Athletics = Jupiter of the Monkey = Sign Sagittarius This is the Jock crowd. Jerseys and sports clothes galore. The overall attitude is about keeping the body in peak condition. This does not mean wearers are either mean or stupid.

Goat Glam = D+B = Sign Capricorn This are the ones into the Fashion for fashions sake. Tend to like things glittery and shiny. Always up on the latest tends which means they tend to be much more fickle.

Splash Fashion = Hip Snake = Sign Aquarius Those devoted to their art find comfort here. Clothes tend to be colorful and loose. This is the only place you can buy artist standards like smocks and berets.

Fin and Fang = Dragon Couture = Sign Pieces These are those who have fallen in love with the Eastern mystique. This includes Anime fans as well as those who have become enamored by Eastern spirituality. Clothes tend to be eastern styled from both China and Japan.

Serpentes = Gatito = Sign Ophiuchus Essentially the Cultural Cringe crowd. Those who have given up on the world they live in. Clothing is not united (similar to Gatito in that respect.) Unbranded pins can be used by anyone.

Starting Pin Set (the pins the player woke up with): A player pin, an empty white one, and an empty black one. I'm pretty screwed until I figure out how to use any of these.

Noise: N/A Although maybe I should mention that I can't swim.

History: I fell out of a Ferris wheel when I was at the top. I don't exactly remember anything from that moment except the falling part.

Entry Fee: My cell phone. Although it could've escaped my pocket during my fall to death.

• History: She was an artist at a local college that was having a good time on night. She wandered into the street high and got hit by a car. Overall in her college days she was very passionate about her art to the point that she's considered very high strung. She's been a lifelong Cathlic and uses her faith as inspiration in her art.
• Entry Fee: She is now completely and utterly color blind.
• Fusion system: She needs to chain complementary colors in order to form a star. However due to her eyesight the only thing 100% SURE is black and white
• Other: She's on the chubby side with long brown hair. Notably very loose looking.

Starting Pin Set: Bubble Lemon (Healing Pin), Wool-over-their-eyes (invisibility)

History: According to her, she's very accident prone, and used to be a bit of a delinquent. She ran into heavy traffic when she thought she saw the person who helped her escape from that.

Entry Fee: Her memories of that person she thought she saw. She can remember her half of every conversation they had, but nothing that person said, or anything that could help her identify that person.

Fusion system: Music. She has to sing two lines of a song per level.

Other: She looks a bit younger than she is, and kinda frail.

• History:Fox was a dancer and a member of the LGBT community up till his death, he performed frequently on Broadway as a chorus member. His sexuality pansexual, he loved everyone, platonic and sexual for some. The last night before his death. Fox was preparing in the dance studio, the last thing that he remembers before dying was falling down and finding that he was covered in blood.

Name: Carver Mitchell

Starting Pin Set: Trampled Adder [touch to strike out with poison darts]/Artist's Block [draw around the enemy to damage and momentarily paralyze them]
History: An aspiring writer and illustrator who never truly had a knack for either. Incredibly bitter and resentful toward the people in his life and unwilling to discuss the circumstances behind his death.
Entry Fee: The approval and love of those who he knew in life.
Fusion System: He has to mimic his partner's movements in battle for up to 30 seconds, and do so without receiving damage. Other: His inability to trust in people and his awful self-esteem have a tendency to drag him down, especially when working with a partner. He's self-conscious, desperately seeks approval and is prone to semi-random changes in mood and outlook. Somewhat short for his age, with a fondness for plain, minimalistic outfits.
