Huh, that was interesting. I'm a fan of single set movies, so this one was right up my alley. The ending was rather sad, yeah, but I felt it could have had more impact if we hadn't been told that April is Hells MVP... or is she? as early as we did. Or maybe that's just my jaded self.
Liveblog | DeadblogI just saw this myself recently. Despite having been informed of the "twist" prior to viewing, I still found it enjoyable and the ending a bit tear-jerky, if quite cheesy. "Tell me that won't eat me, and I'll make you my wife."
I clicked on the page, read the summary, and immediately wondered if it was a hidden Boy Meets Ghoul situation in which April was actually a disguised Lo. Lo and behold, exactly that information was hiding behind the spoiler tags. Come on, is there a hybrid horror/romance movie that doesn't use that twist?
That's Feo . . . He's a disgusting, mysoginistic, paedophilic asshat who moonlights as a shitty writer—Something Awful

Is anyone else a fan of this movie? Personally I think it's great. It was made on a very small budget, and it manages to tell a complete story, and have a major tearjerker for the ending.
