I don't think you can call it a logical weakness based on the information we have now. It's not that it works better it's that it works at all.
It still works better than other kinds of attacks, since it does not suffer the same handicap of having to expend a great deal of attack power in order to punch through Deflector Shields before reaching the intended target. To use Kagetarou as an example, he had to attack with a dozen or so shadow tentacles just so that one could pierce through Negi's multi-layered barrier defense and score a hit on him.

Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.Yes, and Rakan going into melee on Negi and punching him also worked better than other attacks because it was purely physical and point blank, thus exploiting some of the properties of magical barriers. What's your point? Whatever, my opinion has been made and the argument has been had already. Twice.
Using Rakan as an example is compromised by his Story-Breaker Power.
And there's still the matter of clarifying Logical Weakness' description to avoid such ambiguity in the future.

Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.I added the phrase "weakness is a direct result of their superpowers" during my edit; if that's acceptable as trope canon, it inherently requires that if they didn't have their superpowers at all, they wouldn't have that particular vulnerability.
So, Supes's Kryptonite Factor would be technically an example on the grounds that kryptonite radiation is completely harmless (er, mostly harmless) to everyday humans.
A character whose superpower makes them Nigh-Invulnerable save for a lethal Achilles' Heel, is not an example if said Achilles' Heel would be at least equally-lethal against normals.

An Ear Worm is like a Rickroll: It is never going to give you up.Issue appears to be resolved. I think. Calling for a lock.
@Raso: That's the reason I included the page where Zanganken Ni-no-Tachi is used on Negi in that previous post of mine; it bypasses his shields entirely, but fails to actually harm his body due to his Made of Air Defense Mechanism Superpower.
