Need to discuss the rename: If You Know What I Mean

I know this is probably going to be locked again, but we need answers here. In this thread, someone brought up the point that If You Know What I Mean could use a rename. Fast Eddie agreed, made an embedded name of "Nudge," and locked the thread after five posts.

Here someone tried to get some actual feedback on this, and it got locked without explanation after 19 posts.

We really need a better solution here. This is a huge disruption of the wiki with zero discussion.

This is not about a stock phrase. The article itself gives four or five alternative invocations. It is about the character highlighting their own double entendre. The title has to be the name of a thing, not a line of dialog.
