If that patient is who I think it is, this could end up really bad. Energy's a nice kid, but he's still a kid. If he sees something he thinks could threaten Flamist, especially in her weakened state, it could be problematic.
"SAID CLOUD TO THE CARTOON PONIES AND UNICORNS WITH PICTURES OF FLOWERS ON THEIR ASSES. A DURR HURR HURR." ~Game SpazzerTrying to work out which one it is. Is it the scruffy one that Gwion pepper-sprayed and who ended up tripping over the one that Gwion dumped on the floor? Or some other scruffy-looking bugger?
Can you say "Mr. Angry"?
Edit: This is the manual I'm using.

OK, I was - like gameknight - thinking it was one of the hoods from the Mall. I'd forgotten about Mr Angry. Of course he'd recognise Energy. He hasn't been having a good night at all, has he.
And evening lasts for all of an hour in Capital. Somehow I don't think that's realistic.
On a related note, I'm going to have the time go back to its original progression (once every 4 pages) since the thread's slowed down quite a bit since it started.
Icon by Civvi the Civilian!@Tro Partner I haven't taken a deep look into your manual, but from the looks of it, its biggest problem is that it's terribly, terribly, terribly out of date. If the copyright date is any indication, it was published back in 1997, which for those who are allergic to math, is almost 18 years ago. EMS may be slow to change, but that's a long enough period of time that it can be said that a lot of stuff is now different. For example, paramedics can now do Intraosseous infusions (A version of the IV where instead of placing a needle into someone's vein, you drill into a patient's bone.), while EMT basics and even law enforcement officers/EM Rs can use naloxone/Narcan, and that tourniquets are now in style again.
The other problem is that it's not very useful in an author's standpoint. It tells you how to treat patients but not the subtleties like communication, dispatch and incident command.

"Life is eternal; and love is immortal; and death is only a horizon; and a horizon is nothing save the limit of our sight." - R. W. RaymondDepending on the time of year 8pm's not really too early for early night-time and depending on latitude, dusk could be short. Also with that heavy cloud cover, "night" - as far as legal visibility-based definitions go - could come early. The storm would have robbed them of dusk quite efficiently.
I certainly haven't found the transition from day to evening to night particularly jarring - I've been assuming that cloud cover and encroaching darkness have been taking their toll on available light.

And once again I took forever to write a short post. Bleah.
I agree that time should be passing faster now. This day has lasted longer than all of Fair.
I'm pretty much waiting for Millership at this point. The Captain doesn't have much more to say.
"Life is eternal; and love is immortal; and death is only a horizon; and a horizon is nothing save the limit of our sight." - R. W. Raymond...I just realized I have people waiting on me. I had a bad case of writer's block to match. Blegh. I'll try for tomorrow.
Life is hard, that's why no one survives.I'll try to post in Capital tomorrow. Still need to figure out what to do with Sophie and Samantha, and I'm a little stuck on how to proceed with Eliza's conversation from that current point. Plus it's late here.
Icon by Civvi the Civilian!@Sphinxyness: Awesome play by Kyana. That explosion of hers is actually the exact thing I was looking for. I wanted it to get to the point where she would be the one to get them inside.
And as for the Party Ninjas, if they ever get into another non-casual thread, I think I would want to have Zak run into them eventually. Not in Capital, I don't think, because that would screw up the chronology with Mountain Resort.

I had fun writing that. Kyana really doesn't get angry much, even in a fight she is usually up beat. Also maybe depending on how long my girls stay with Seon, maybe I'll have them travel from the Capital to the Resort for fun. ^.^
"Can you imagine an imaginary menagerie manager imagining managing an imaginary menagerie?"I hope you do that. The comment he'll give when they reveal their...interesting occupation will be quite something.
Post coming in the next half-hour or so.
Take your time....
Things might go wild a little bit.
Given how much time has apparently elapsed in story since everyone arrived at Day-Khan house and how much has happened at the hospital (Flamist's operation and recovery from anaesthetic - which, having just had my son go through surgery, I can appreciate takes some time) compared with at the house itself with Ulf, Gwion, Miyuki and Akira, it might be an idea that once we've got them to the hospital, we just assume that everything that took place at the house in a matter of minutes and that they arrived not long after Energy, Flamist, Rani and Foster.
i.e. about one or two hours ago.
Effectively Time Skip to after Ulf's out of surgery and recovered from anaesthetic - not long after Energy's conversation with the doctor and Rani and Foster regained consciousness.
I'm presuming that the police will want to talk with them all fairly soon after that.
Okay, I'm all for that. Do we just need to clear things with Slysheen?
We'd have to wait until everything's wrapped up at the house itself - including Slysheen and Blackfire667 - but in all honesty, all of the stuff that's gone on there can't amount to more than 10 or 15 minutes at the most.
The medics arrived and started carting people away, a few words have been exchanged about blood, ghosts and lycanthropes and the medics are going to haul Ulf away. Depending on how far away the hospital is, Rani and Foster's ambulance probably hasn't even arrived there, going by "house time".
Meanwhile, out in the "real world", Flamist has had a major operation and woken up, Rani and Foster have awakened from their post-teleportation torpor and the time is now after 8pm.
I can't recall what the time was when the medics first showed up, we'd probably have to count posts or pages to work that out.
@nrjxll:
Feel free to inflict any form of physical harm to Puddie....
Its target is Morgenrot after all.
@Millership and @Night
Please do not respond to my post yet. I've been rethinking this scenario and I've actually changed my mind on how to go about it.
Edit: Done!

"Life is eternal; and love is immortal; and death is only a horizon; and a horizon is nothing save the limit of our sight." - R. W. RaymondTo anyone who waited for me to post in Resort I apologize, I completely forgot about it. ^^;
So I posted there and Capital. =D
Also decided to make Ai Xia's younger sister who just looks super similar.
"Can you imagine an imaginary menagerie manager imagining managing an imaginary menagerie?"Brain draining on post.
Partially because Tsuki wasn't responded to so I'm trying to figure out her reaction.
Nous restons ici.Finally posted in both threads. Part of the problem for Kevin was that Brain Sewage didn't reply to what he asked (it was resolved, but made a long post).
Life is hard, that's why no one survives.
@Night: I didn't post anything yet since last time you posted. I was waiting for Tehpillowstar to finish her line of thought.
Spiral out, keep going.
