@KC: What does Aseyu's magic-probe detect, exactly? Just magical power?
Not entirely dead.Yeah. Anything else will go undetected. And she can discern between spells cast on someone and power a person can actually use.

Er, can someone answer my questions?
I could have sworn I did, but it seems not. Okay...
The entry hall is emptied out, save for Wylfing, Yuki, and Anita.
Alice, Frank, Talbot, and Donavon are downstairs, drinking beer and rum in copious amounts.
The parlor now contains Irilemi, Agustin. Xavier, John, and an unconscious Ozzy.
Mary, Bianca, and Queen Grimhilde are in the kitchen.
The dining room, master bedroom, and second floor balcony remain unchanged.
Did I miss anyone?

Xavier wandered out into the Entry Hall a couple posts ago.

Really, really, really sorry for not posting. I got pretty wrapped up with SCP stuff, didn't mean to neglect this.
I'd love for a Character Forest or Mountain. Or countryside, ya know?
"Life is eternal; and love is immortal; and death is only a horizon; and a horizon is nothing save the limit of our sight." - R. W. RaymondAnyways, I seem to have vanished off the map when the thread lurched ahead without me a couple days ago, so reintegration time.
Technically, Ryu is still standing halfway up the stairs with his cat on his shoulders, but he will be leaving shortly.
"Jack, you have debauched my sloth."Also I'm just going to say that by default for the moment Friedrich is following Wylfing. His invisibility this time is manipulation of light. (I guess Xavier could pick up on him and all hell could break loose, I really don't care particularly either way)

Bet you didn't see that comingIrilemi and Alice could also detect Friedrich. (But not Aseyu.) Which is unfortunate for Friedrich since, of the two, one is a barely restrained, extremely violent professional killer, and the other is Alice Winters.

Final question: can someone tell me what the characters in the entry hall look like? Particularly Wylfing, as he doesn't appear to be listed on the page.
Did anyone talk to my characters in the Dining Hall, Library and Second Floor Entry Hall? I'm a little out of it but still participating in Mansion mind. I'm just confused and befuddled and working on a SCP Foundation Tale and all and this and that and l;kwdfnowelsdkmvowjgasdlfjweogvnwgw
"Life is eternal; and love is immortal; and death is only a horizon; and a horizon is nothing save the limit of our sight." - R. W. RaymondI assumed as much, but thanks for the fair warning. Honestly Friedrich being turned into chop suey seems somewhat inevitable, assuming he doesn't just you know run for it and somehow succeed. The only question is how long this will take. Linza will attempt shenanigans and call in favors but magic doesn't exactly you know, work.
Sickly pale, ridiculous scars in neck area, somewhat unkempt grey hair, dirty clothes, a cloak hiding most of said scars, and he has a sheathed sword. Yay.

Bet you didn't see that coming
Abieyuwa is still with Jonathan but that's all I know.
@Nrjxll: Yuki and Anita are both squishy mortal high school girls from early 21st century Earth, as far as I can tell. The former has rainbow-dyed hair, the latter is described as small and looking younger than she is. Wylfing is described above by Aqueos (). And you know Xavier, although he's now missing an eye.
Er... is this a bad time to introduce characters?
Thanks.

Not really. I have reason to believe Xavier is going to consider Friedrich low priority right now and ignore him, and Irilemi's going to be chilling in the parlor for a while. Unless Friedrich does something really stupid (always possible) things should remain chill. And there's always the other rooms if things start to get messy. Agustin's threats aside, the worst that awaits Friedrich is probably an antimagic-infused knee or elbow to the groin from Aseyu, Alice, or Irilemi.

Linza will probably freak out and escalate things. She's very good at that. If Agustin comes along she'll probably flip her lid and freak out. But yeah Friedrich really could use that T.T
Eh, damage was already done. Friedrich is quite the idiot.

Bet you didn't see that coming
And then Mary would be like "Welp, I tried."
I'm simultaneously finding Grimhilde to be fun to write for and difficult to write for at the same time. In particular, finding a word to describe Bianca's current behavior that also showed her to be a hypocrite (unintentionally on her part) was rather difficult.

Mary will have a blast talking to her.
Nrjxll: Soo, if you want someone to talk to Nrjxll, I sent Thomas out to the Entry Hall.

I'll be responding to post tomorrow after I wake up, as I have some work I promised myself I'd get done.
Note to self: Pick less edgy username next time.
When did you last talked with Jonathan? Sorry, I'm a little distracted here...
"Life is eternal; and love is immortal; and death is only a horizon; and a horizon is nothing save the limit of our sight." - R. W. RaymondAlright, turns out I won't be posting any responses today. I'm going to be working on my writing all day, as I've been neglecting it for too long. I'll be responding to any interactions with the two tomorrow.

I'm going to wait for a good point in the goings-on to post some more.
