Here's my Touhou OC:
Name: Yamata No Orochi
Title: The Giant Snake of Eight Branches
Species: Dragon Snake
Gender: Unknown (Sometimes male, sometimes female)
Abilities: Control over all serpents and reptiles, manipulation over earth, wind, water, fire, metal, ice, plants, electricity, light, and darkness, levitation, shape shifting to some degree (Usually appears as a human adult princess), the ability to see how strong something or someone is, an advanced healing factor, and the ability to run & hide from everyone and everything.
Appearance: Looks like the mythical Orochi, but twice as big. A large forest covers its back, and in the middle is an old, depilated, desiccated, ruined shrine with a big bell and bell ringing stick. He’d be an extra, optional boss.
Age: Unknown, but is very, very old. Even older than Yukari.
Location: A pocket dimension located deep beneath Reimu Hakurei’s shrine. Nobody knows about it, thanks to Orochi’s power.
Profile: Orochi was once an evil, monstrous, and rightfully feared yokai with incredible power who absorbed and ate beautiful (Or even mildly attractive) women, though it especially preferred nobles and royalty. It came about when 1008 serpent and reptile But that was a very long time ago. Everything about them, ever the souls would become a part of him and he would grow in power. It seemed invincible, though in actuality numerous people had beaten it (sometimes even nearly killed), but thanks to its powers none would ever know this. This lasted for many, many years –Until it happened. It saw stronger and stronger things appearing, things so powerful they could kill him with a single blow. It got defeated (and nearly killed!) more and more, until it could take no more. Yukari, Yuuka and Yukari’s barrier witch it could not break were the last straw for it. It used all of its power to erase all traces of itself and hid where no one could find it… Deep beneath the home of the last thing to defeat it, an ancestor of reimu. It’s still there, thanks to its powers, dreaming of the days where it was unbeatable, where none thought they could kill it. But despite this it still remains strangely optimistic about the future, for it knows that if it is killable then neither are those things, and so it dreams of world where those things are dead and gone while it still lives, and it reigns supreme once more.
