I was wondering if making a delta TRASHMAN Trubbish◊ whose type would be Poison/Steel would be OK.

Asking for a friend.

Oh, my main questions would be who's getting it and how were you planning on them getting it, but I don't have a problem with it on a base level.

I'm planning on giving the Trubbish to Phaz's father, as a Pokemon he gained by visiting Unova and finding it like so.

Oh, Delta Pokemon are all from Holon, so the Trubbish would need to be from there

So, I've been bouncing this idea around in Discord DMs for a couple days, but after a recommendation from Silent, I'm gonna make it a public idea:

So, as we all know, RP!Tagg's vacation has been oriented around the idea that his friends don't really care for him all that much except when they need him. As a result, I came up with the idea that, behind the scenes, Echo has been working on organizing a "welcome back" surprise party on the Stormchaser when he eventually returns. Originally, I was thinking it would be a surprise in-universe and out, but all things considered, it's probably much better coordinated if it's full public knowledge; I was hoping as many people as possible could get involved anyway.

Of course, the big thing that needs confirmation is — would it be an appreciated gesture? Silent mentioned that around the OI arc, it was mentioned that RP!Tagg isn't particularly fond of surprise parties, but also, several years have passed since then, so things may have changed.

Thoughts, comments, et cetera?

It has potential for character interaction which I am down for.

Since it seems to be a tentatively agreed-on thing (in the chat mostly), how do you all feel about setting the date for the RP's 7th anniversary?

All right, so, I'm trying to figure out the rest of Scarlette's character arc, particularly the pacing of the remaining major events of it.

To summarize the ideas, I've been bouncing the idea around in DMs of Scarlette leading a retaliation raid against the Stormchaser, striking in the middle of a J-Team meeting and leaving with at least one hostage, if not more. Afterward, the J-Team would carry around a raid on wherever the prisoners are, taking back not only them, but managing to knock her out and get her back as well. Afterward, she'd be in a long detox process that leaves her out of commission for most of the remaining arc, up until around the climax of the arc.

I bring this up now because there's two particular things that would make it incredibly relevant at the current time: Mason's recent escape from the Iron Safehouse, and the upcoming meeting Echo intends to hold. That said, having it take place in direct response to those two points makes it rather short-notice, and as well, it would mean RP!Tagg wouldn't be there for it even though Tagg was one of the people I'd come up with the idea with. So, I'm wondering if it would be most effective here, or more effective later down the line.

The big takeaway from the plan, though — regardless of when it happens — is I'm finally going to Let Scarlette Be Happy :P

So, thoughts?

Did you have any idea as to who the propsective hostage(s) would be or would that be something that would be come up with in the moment?

It's a volunteer thing, although PEFE!Every was certainly one that was discussed as part of the whole thing for obvious reasons.

I could loan a kidnapped person, but I'm torn about this happening without Tagg, and leaning it happening after he gets back.

Plus it might fuck with Tagg's comeback party.

But we should probably hear from Tagg himself.

Conceptually, sounds pretty interesting!

Timing wise seems like the tricky bit though... On my part I'd be willing to throw RP/Mew!Blitz up for kidnapping, seems like he'd be the most interesting of mine for that and might even be considered a higher value target to team Iron after the BB Mewnium raid than a random J-teamer?
Timing downside for that, I already promised him for Nier sideplot which is ideally starting this week and not sure how long it might last IRL/IRP. So that would potentially push the timing back a bit and may or may not require some TS on my part. But I can probably work with that.

But I've also got Tori, who isn't really doing anything until Pokesona 2 eventually starts and is basically unaware of the majority of things going on in the J-team due to mostly hanging with Lane and doing her own thing. So if sooner ends up being better she's an option.

But yeah, I'd agree with waiting to hear from Tagg before making any serious plans on timing.

 Re: Taken: J-Team Edition 

The way I see it, there's two scenarios we can do:

1) Surprise party happens and the raid happens sometime afterwards.

2) Team Iron's revenge raid happens right in the middle of their planning for the surprise party, which drags RP!Tagg back because obviously even if he's still kinda salty at the J-Team he's not going to leave them in Iron's clutches, and after the counterraid's done then there's the surprise party.

As for the surprise party itself, the catalyst for the planning could be the people who've tried directly contacting RP!Tagg only to be put on Read (Which would be Maggie, Vierr, and as of yesterday Ever) approaching Echo about it since she's effective leader ATM.

Personally I'm leaning toward the former, since it makes the surprise a bit more effective. As for the planning, Maggie, Vierr, and/or Ever approaching her could work well.

I'm thinking kidnapping happening during surprise party planning/prep might flow better overall? Other than any potential Pokesona issues that brings up.

Though sounds like for that it'd need to happen sooner than later since we were sorta looking at having the party on the anniversary? Which means I might have to skip having Mew!Blitz be in the kidnapping group... Or push the start of Nierplot back, and I'm not sure what that does to that plot.
