[up]Obama says America is ONE OF the greatest military forces in the world. Assfly is angry because he thinks America is THE ONLY great military force in the world.

Groovy.

But he said "that the world has ever known," not "in the world." He isn't saying that other current military forces are better, only that ones in the past might have been better in the context of their time.

I don't think Andy really gets those kinds of distinctions, though.

Yeah...even while admitting that the US is, in fact, the most powerful military force on the globe today, you can say that there were at least comparable powers in the past (Britain might have been one at sea for a while; Rome in its heyday; maybe Greece under Alexander). That one makes no sense at all.

(Really, if you're going to call out Obama for something, why not for 'Marine Corpse'? I would think they'd have jumped on that...)

For being hardcore, schafly has a two dimensional view of conservativism.

Two dimensional? I see he's got the "conservatism = not liberalism" one sorted out. What's the other?

That honestly seems to be the case with him. His views appear to be completely defined by what the other side believes rather than reasoned conclusions he reached on his own.

A faint but irritating noise is disrupting a small town, as it did in the 1970s elsewhere: "Tiny village is latest victim of the 'The hum.'" [11] Add this to the enormous list of things atheism cannot explain.

How does Christianity explain this any better?

At first I didn't realize I needed all this stuff...

The hum is what happens when God has a song stuck in his head.

Expect several church schisms over what song God might have stuck in his head, whether there is whistling involved and why it is exactly God couldn't just banish the song away. Also expect one cult which believes that God being perfect can not have a song stuck in his head and another which nobody understands but which calls itself Hum Scientism.

Conservative = everything Assfly agrees with

Liberal = everything Assfly disagrees with

The editors on Conservepedia seem to be:

Andy

A few sycophants

And trolls

[up] Andy considers anything or anyone he doesn't like to be GODDANM LIBERALS.

While you make pretty speeches, I'm being cut to shreds.
