Cool Shades
From Recursive Translation...

  • The book English As She Is Spoke. The author took a Portuguese-French phrasebook and a French-English dictionary and produced his Portuguese-English phrasebook, which is incomprehensible to English speakers and is only read for comedy value.
    • I have mind to vomit.
      • "Do you miss anything?" (The result of translating "Don't get any on you" from English to Portuguese to French, then back to English.)
    • "Is there anything in conventional English which could equal the vividness of 'To craunch a marmoset'?"

Every jumbled pile of person has a thinking part that wonders what the part that isn't thinking isn't thinking of...

I like this webcomic.
From East Germany:

Some enthusiasts have succeeded in making their Trabants capable of passing the MoT, Britain's strict government-mandated roadworthiness test; divine intervention is suspected.

From Genius Loci:

Pando is a single male Quaking Aspen looking for a good time. Aspens can spread by growing new trunks from their roots, creating a new "tree" that's just another part of a huge organism. He has taken this ability and used it to a ridiculous extent. He covers 0.43 square kilometers of land and weighs 6, 000 tonnes, but that just means there's more to love.
The Dark Age of Supernames page, because the names are just. That. MANLY.

From GameOfThronesHouseGreyjoy (I recommend not visiting the page if you haven't watched the series):

Theon Greyjoy:

  • Arch-Enemy: As far as he's concerned, that fucking hornblower.

If you're up to date with the series, you're chuckling right now.

A while back, someone added Bald of Evil on Caillou's YMMV page. it's gone now, but it was funny.
The image caption for Rule of Scary. Really.

Schrodinger's Goth: While inside the box, it is impossible to determine whether the Goth wishes she was never born, or wishes she was dead.

The picture caption for Lost Him in a Card Game: "I see your wager of Alexander... and raise you a Tristan! Tristan, come over here. Sit on the table."
7/15/12 Never Forget.
This Looks Like a Job for Aquaman has a very well-written description. Also, this from Lethal Joke Character:

Has absolutely nothing to do with Alan Moore.

The fork. No, really. It's decadent! It's a symbol of Satan! If God wanted us to use forks, would we have these wonderful fingers? Hmm?!

From The New Rock & Roll page.
On the Off Model page, you can learn that there was a Star Trek animated series. As it turns out, one of the producers was colorblind, so everyone except Uhura and Sulu were "absolutely chalk-white". The series' entry on the page ends with a simple plea:

Yeah, it's good that Star Trek doesn't die after all, but dude. Can we at least leave the color decisions to the guys who can see colors?

From Destructo-Nookie:

Strongly implied with the picnic scene in the Sponge Bob Square Pants episode "Karate Choppers".

Goodbye, childlike innocence. Hello, Brain Bleach.
[up]I need to rewatch that episode. For research!

This entry from Joke Character is possibly awful, but made me laugh:

The boxing game Knockout Kings has a history of joke characters like rappers Jermaine Dupri and Q-Tip, shoe designer Marc Ecko, comedian Marlon Wayans, basketball player Tim Duncan, referee Mills Lane, a baby, a clown, a bulldog, oh and a bear!.

Hell, I'd buy a game just to see Marlon Wayans mauled by a bear.

I found this on RuinedFOREVER/WebOriginal. Had to remove it for apparently thinking the trope is a place where you can complain about stuff, but I still find it hilarious:

On The Other Wiki, they now have a bot that prevents one from adding something like Yaoi FTW!!! to a random article nobody uses.

The defensive "a random article no one is using" makes that entry. You can just taste the bitterness at the writer's vandalism having not made it through.

The article on Prince's Associates is a great read. Not only it is very informative, but deliciously snarky as well.
