Okay, the Real Life section has got to go. We don't need a list of every single woman on the planet who's six feet tall. No way. I'm pulling the whole folder right now.
Looking over the rest of the examples, there seems to be a lot of trouble with people listing non-In-Universe examples. I think a more general cleanup is warranted here as well.

Agree, no real life examples needed for any of the Turn On Tropes really.
