Ninja tries to kill a Daimyo
Ninja kills Daimyo with a poisoned knife.
Ninja fails to kill Daimyo but manages to escape with his life.
Ninja accidentally stabs himself with knife while trying to kill his target.

Cirno tries to freeze something
She decides to freeze a frog as she always does, and does so
She decides to freeze fire and gets hit
She tries to freeze something large, accidentally freezes the shrine and gets promptly Orb'd by the resident (yeah, no prizes for guessing WHICH shrine she froze.)
