In the wake of a World War, the world has become infested with mutants, monsters and opportunistic criminals gifted with supernatural powers. Under the command of the government, a lonely man known as Prof. Utonium has to create a weapon capable to repel them all. Due to his absent-mindedness, this ends up overlapping with his desire to have children. This results in a group of three superpowered girls, which resemble fingerless fetuses and grow at a very different rate than normal humans.
Which comes with psychological problems, if having to save the world from monsters, mutants, supervillains and effeminate eldritch abominations wasn't enough.
