Oh, you mean that game that came with the MGS 2 demo? Yeah, the demo was priced too high so I've never played it.
Mega Man fanatic extraordinairePlayed ZOE 1 for a bit, it seemed like the only way to fight was to either repeatedly get into those melee combats and mash buttons, or shoot those big sphere things at people. Saw someone playing ZOE 2, it looked like a much better game, but never tried it.
....Why is it always remembered as "That thing that came for free with an MGS 2 demo?"
And I'm definitely not talking about the first game. That one was very....uh...meh. Zone of the Enders 2 improves on it in every single way possible, be it graphics, music, gameplay, even cinematics(no more puppet like 3D, just some damn good animation).
Perhaps I should post the intro vid? Keep in mind that this is a 2003 game though.
Though I'll admit the dubbing could have been better. Oh, and if that didn't make a lick of sense to you, then I should point out there's a 20 minute recap of the first game included on the main menu of the second.
People who've played the second tent to have much more.
May be one of the few that enjoyed the first game, though I don't remember very much of it. It was very very short, I remember that.
Also, the 2nd was a damn fantastic game despite the horrid dub.
I phrased it badly. I meant that people, who played the first game (which apparently sucks or at least is just average) didn't have much hope for the second game (which is apparently much better) and didn't play it. If the first game would have been better, ZoE would have more fans now.
People aren't as awful as the internet makes them out to be.You guys sorely underestimate how many people want ZOE 3. I see it more often on "what I want for E3 this year" liss than a new MGS game.
Since Kojima is apparently a Twilight fan, perhaps we'll see a crossover with a new hero; Sparkly Snake!
We Are The Wyrecats Needs Tropes!Wasn't that Hideo/Suda game supposed to be an EA game? And one where the character "has a really cool watch" at that?
I thought they already announced that, Shadows of the Damned?
It's been announced? EEEEEE Eeeeeeee EEEEEEEEEEE! ^________^
Wait Shadows of the Damned is Suda and Mikami not Suda and Kojima.
Yeah, I made a mistake. I will go sacrifice myself to the cave-dwelling homosexual Amish bondage enthusiasts now. Sorry to have failed you.
In what would have been one of the rare cases of Executive Meddling actually WORKING, Twilight could have rocked (see #4.). However, Stephanie Oscar Meyer put her foot down and thus the movie was faithful to the books.
Is that really her middle name?
I wish.
....yeah, anyway, about the two announcements.
Do you think this new project will actually offer a different experience on the two platforms? There are numerous existing games that can be played both on a handheld and on a home console (the entire range of Ps Minis comes to mind), but in terms of having the handheld and home console games acting as complementary and symbiotic experiences, thats pretty unique. Besides games allowing you to use your handheld to unlock content on the home console version (Such as Resistance Retribution and Metroid Fusion), I doubt its really been tried.
But then, he is a mad genius, and if anyone can pull off something this insane new, its him.
Besides that, do you think the game will be playable on both the Ps3 and NGP without the other? Like, a person can play the Ps3 version and get a full experieence.
....So no one cares in the slightest bit about Zo E?....Sigh...
