This discussion should probably be closed, seeing as the subject is now solved. Before that happens, though, I'd suggest adding to the article a link to Flame Bait (which was, no less, formerly a redirect to this page), as it lists Audience Reactions where this rule is very important to follow. I can't do it myself because it's locked.

I figured that, much like Unfortunate Implications and Handle This Index With Care had lists of affected tropes, the same may as well be done with Rule Of Cautious Editing Judgment; namely, listing the kind of tropes for which this rule is the basis for making real-life examples off-limits, at least on the main page.
