So the solution is to destroy KIRBY before he evolves into Ixthulith? The FF should have done that with HERBIE. Or does Ixthulith come back in time to protect KIRBY?

Under World. It rocks!Well the idea I was running with is that nobody knows KIRBY is IXTHULITH, or that he will become IXTHULITH eons from now. Well, save for IXTHULITH that is. See I was planning on making the reveal a subtle one. After encountering the family, we get a look into the mind of IXTHULITH and see his first memory, which just happens to be seeing the patriarch of the Family he was built for. His creator.
Like I said though, I'm not commiting to this just yet.
I agree about HERBIE though.
Theres sex and death and human grime in monochrome for one thin dime and at least the trains all run on time but they dont go anywhere.Just realized that I didn't explain the Timey-Wimey Ball thing. Huh. Well here it goes...
It all starts in the 6745th century in a place called the EOE: The Edge Of Existance. Think of it as the universal junkyard, where all the trash that somehow survived the Big Crunches, Rips and Bangs find themselves. It's here that a trio of Time Travellers find themselves confronted with IXTHULITH. After a confrontation which finds the trio destroying the computer, IXTHULITH takes advantage of his apparent demise and hitches a ride back in [[Mayincatec time]] where he rebuilds himself.
Yeah. Hope that clears stuff up.

Ok, so I was examining this thread, yeah this one, when I was struck with inspiration. I haven't committed to it, but I'm curious as to what you guys and gals think.
I give you the Kinetic Interactive Robotic BabYsitter, or KIRBY. Now in the story, KIRBY serves as a robotic nanny and gaurdian for a family of Science Heroes. The idea I was working on was how KIRBY'S AI developed in story, essentially it's the same as a child's.
What I mean to say is, his personality is a combination of program, those he interacts with, and events he has experienced. When he first goes online, KIRBY was a blank slate following his program (protect the kids). As he "grew" he developed his jovial, if stressed, personality.
That's when it hit me. What if KIRBY's AI never really stopped developing. What if, over the thousands of years he's been online, his AI added and deleted what he felt was neccesary. Growing like a real person would. What if, by the 23rd century he decided to become a supervillain, and what if, by the 6745th century, he became an eldritch abomination.
In short, what if the good KIRBY eventually turned into Big Bad Galactic Conqueror IXTHULITH? And what if they existed at the same point in time? Timey-Wimey Ball comes into play.
I've done something similiar with an Alien Pet from the future, though reveresed. Cute Pet finds himself forced back in time and mutated into a Kaiju after nuclear fallout.
So, uh, yeah. Thoughts guys?
