Having only played through 3, I can't comment much, but I do agree that it's probably not the best idea to give Forte an operator. His whole thing is that he was created to not need an operator.

Would Serenade factor into the story at all, or be in a secret area?

Yeah, I didn't really want to give Forte an operator either. But I figured it was the best way to have him bury his past. I kinda want Forte to move beyond his whole "Humans have done this to me so I must destroy them!" phase. It's that kind of thing that kept him a villain, and when he was a villain he always got beaten. However, I would like the final confrontation between him and Rockman while he was still driven by his hate to be shown.

Yes, I would like Serenade and past bosses to be a part of the game should it be made.

Two particular bosses that would absolutely HAVE to get it were this game made would be Zero and Cache. Zero would be reformatted to resemble his MM Zero self (or at least look less virus-y) and Cache could be the strongest secret boss.

Cache is the main villain from one of the Japan exclusive games.

Zero would probably end up being operated by an expy of Ciel.

Sean would make an appearance as he's coming out of therapy or something. Maybe have him get framed for something then have him save the day spectacularly.

I'd like to see more Adventures of Cookie & Cream style action between the navi and operator. The ops messing around with the machine itself that dramatically alters the net world.

I was thinking an expy of Vent or Aile would operate Zero, but Ciel is a better idea.

Sean and Freezeman would also be fightable. I'm not sure if Sean would play a major role though. Maybe helping Meiru out with Lotus?

And yes, I did want to flesh out Navi/Human interactions. I'd like to expand several things, like the homepages. ^^

Wow, I'd almost forgotten about this.

I was thinking about writing up my ideas for the story and working on how the power-ups would work.

Maybe someone from Capcom will like the idea and make the game. xD
