Seems to be a mentor with a sense of humor. Dumbledore is just a recent instance of the archetype. I'm not sure there is really anything distinct here from mentor. Anyway, The Dumbledore might make a good redirect. It certainly shouldn't be the main title.

Do you have any intention of forcing the rename, or should we restart the crowner for a second round of voting? The current one is six months out of date and can thus be presumed to have failed. The trope is still being misused, however, which warrants another crowner.
Does this mean we have enough collective modly power to overwhelm the crowner results? It really does seem like it's just drive by Harry Potter fans sinking it.

I despise hypocrisy, unless of course it is my own.
If it means anything, I, too favour the proposed new thread and crowner idea. Or even invoking fiat in this case.

The crowner is positive, it's just not at the 2:1 ratio supposedly required. Since all the mods and the admin are in favor, let's cut to an alt titles. No sense going through another rename crowner when the outcome is a foregone conclusion.
Edit: I picked out a few rename options from earlier in the thread, but please add any others I missed.
