<Teala: "Yeah... You'd never think that this region was as miserable as it is...">

<Gligar!Vlad: "But isn't that what you're fighting for? To make this world a better place?">

-Unseen to group-

<Random!Ducklett #2: "Pfft! 'Fighting to make this world a better place.' Where do you guys come up with this crap?">

<Guy: "Who's there?!">

<Iron Marrow: "Show yourself!">

<Random!Ducklett #3: "Yeah, how about 'no?'">

-Ice Beams Guy's wing, causing it to ice over and Guy to tumble with Iron Marrow to tumble out of the sky-

<Guy: "WHOOOOAAAAA!">

<Iron Marrow: "AAAAAAGGGGGGHHHHH!">

<Kyle: "GUY!">

<Vlad: "HOW DARE YOU?!">

<Nadia: "ALRIGHT YOU LITTLE CRETINS, IT'S TIME TO GET IT!">

-The three whirl around with Luke's Pokemon, but see nothing-

<Gligar!Vlad: "But...">

<Vlad: "They were just...">

<Random!Ducklett #1: "Lululul... You fat lizards are about as agile and graceful as a crippled Gigalith!">

-The Pokemon that Luke is riding gets its wings iced over, as does Kyle... The two and their riders tumble to the ground-

<All: "AAAAAAAAUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGHHHHHHH!">

-Leaving Nadia, Vlad, Gligar!Vlad, and two of Luke's flying Pokemon airborne, who finally spot their assailants-

<Random!Ducklett #2: "Ha! Having fun?">

<Nadia: "YOU! YOU. ARE. DEAD! ">

<Teala: "You've got no idea what kind of fight you just picked!">

<Vlad: "Yeah! We'll teach you to mess with our friends like that!">

<Gligar!Vlad: "What I said!">

-Nadia and Teala attempts to Dragon Claw a pair of the Ducklett, and the two Vlads attempt Acrobatics and Quick Attack respectively... And all of the attacks miss... Barring the Quick Attack-

<Nadia: "Aw crud...">

<Random!Ducklett #3: "OOF! Lulululul... Is that the best you've got?!">

<Random!Ducklett #2: "Have an ice day, losers!">

-The three ice over Nadia, and both of Luke's remaining Pokemon's wings, causing them to fall out of the air-

<All: "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!">

Leaving the Vlads and Teala left-

<Teala: "Wh-Why would you horrid birds do this to us?!">

<Gligar!Vlad: "What did we ever do to you?!">

<Random!Ducklett #1: "Because you were there and we were bored, end of story...">

<Random!Ducklett #3: "You know what, I'm bored of plain old ice attacks, let's have some fun!">

-Deflates Teala's air balloon-

-Rapidly losing altitude-

<Teala and Vlad: "NO!">

<Gligar!Vlad: "Y-You big meanies!">

<Random!Ducklett #2: "You know what, we lied, we'll ice you three over anyways...">

<Random!Ducklett #3: "Nya nya nya nya nya. ICE BEAM TO THE FACE!">

-Ice Beams Vlad's membranes, causing him to tumble out of the air with Teala-

<Both: "AAAARRRRRGGGGHHHH!">

<Gligar!Vlad: "... That wasn't his face!">

<Random!Ducklett #1: "Yeah? Tell it to someone who cares!">

-Ice Beams Gligar!Vlad at point-blank range, causing him to fall out of the air unconscious-

-About 30 seconds later, over the unconscious forms of my and Luke's entire team present during the assault-

-And fly off-

-A group of five Pokemon, two Krokorok, a Sandslash, a Scrafty, and a Siglyph stumble upon the unconscious group-

<Krokorok #1: "... They fall out of the sky during the day or something?">

<Sandslash: "Heatstroke?">

<Scrafty #1: "Not likely, they're still alive. They'd be dead if they were out that long under the sun.">

<Siglyph: "Eh, what's it matter? They're just a bunch of overconfident goons from that stupid cat and bug's armies anyways...">

<Sandslash: "... How'd they make it this far in?">

<Scrafty #1: "Beats me, they're probably spies or a raiding party or something.">

<Krokorok #2: "(*gulp*) Th-Thank goodness they're unconscious... Some of them l-look nasty...">

<Scrafty #1: "Whatever, just nab them and throw them into one of the prisoners' chambers. The court's probably going to want to hear about this...">

<Krokorok #1: "... Captain...? There's five of us...">

<Scrafty #1: "... Right... One of you go and call up some other patrols. Don't be skimpy either! Some of these guys look like they probably weigh a ton!">

<Siglyph: "On it, Captain.">

-Sends out a telepathic message to nearby Pokemon, causing a group of around 30 other local Pokemon to gather a short time later-

<Krookodile: "What's going on?">

<Darmatian: "Oh, so these are the goons you found...">

<Scrafty #2: "... You're sure that they're not just some travelers that are down on their luck?">

<Scrafty #1: "Yeah, since when did travelers come all the way out here? And just look at them all! They're too strong to just be day trippers!">

<Scrafty #2: "Eh, good enough. They'll get a chance to plead their case before a judge anyways...">

<Krokorok #2: "Wh-What if they br-break free?">

<Sandslash: "Can it, you coward!">

<Krookodile: "We do what we always do with prisoners. Keep any potentially dangerous appendages bound. On the off chance that we're somehow wrong about them, they'll get over it...">

<Scrafty #1: "Look, let's just get this over with. I was supposed to clock out with my patrol five minutes ago!">

-The group drags our unconscious bodies into a weathered turret built of stone-

-Shaun is coming to in a pit indoors with everyone else-

<Shaun: "Urgh... Ow... Tracer? Are you there?">

-The first thing that he notices is that he and everyone else in the pit is bound-

<Shaun: "Oh no... How did this happen?!">

- The Resistance continue doing their various jobs over at the Entralink, some of them have began working on a new plan to eventually get to Scolepede and Artemis' castle, but they haven't had much progress -

- The Shinx that Whimsicott and Emolga met in the Dream World has decided to join the Resistance, and is now training with some of the younger members of the Resistance -

- Several Audino are looking after Anom, doing their best to treat his wounds -

At Mistralton

-Riptide has rolled over onto a sleeping MGMT, who seems to pay it no heed-

- The Resistance continue doing their various jobs -

- Artemis is currently asleep while Mira is checking on some of their minions -

- DS' Sinnoh team continue their search for the other trainers -

- DS is daydreaming while taking a break from walking, unaware of her other self providing commentary on this dream as well -

Lake: <...Eurgh...>

-Lake slowly regains consciousness, the Feraligatr feeling like he had been caught in a crash landing.

...Wait, he HAD been caught in a crash landing. Darn Ducklett.

Hang on...This wasn't the place they had crash-landed And why was he tied up? And why was everyone else tied up too?!

What was happening?! Had they been captured? And by who? Artemis and Scolipede? Or...Napolen?!

Lake prayed to Arcues that it wasn't them that had captured them. Especially not Napolen.

But the Feraligatr didn't plan on staying tied up. It was unlikely that these bonds would be able to stand up to his strong jaws. If he could just move them into postion...

...Oh no.

NO! They'd tied his jaws shut! There was no way he could use them to bite anything now.

Whoever had captured them certainly knew what they were doing. Which wasn't good at all...-

- Somewhere in Unova -

HotStuff: <... So, none of you remember Cynthia's number?>

Velvet: <HotStuff, how exactly would Cynthia be able to help us find those trainers? She can't even understand our speech!>

HotStuff: <... Well, do you have any better ideas?>

Velvet: <HotStuff, relax. Cynthia does know we're in Unova, at least.>

HotStuff: <... I guess, but how does that help us?>

-Lake notices me regaining consciousness, and makes a few noises to try and get my attention.-

...Eh? Lake? AAAHHHH! What's going on? Who tied us up?! Where are we?!

-Lake shrugs.-

Why are you so- OH! They...They tied your jaws shut! Those jerks!

Unite: <...Huh? What the?! How did we get here?>

I dunno. Somebody must have dragged us here after we crashed...

Unite: <Crashed?> -Scowls.- <THOSE DUCKLETT! I swear, when I get my wings on...OH! Woolly! Woolly?! Where are you?!>

Woolly: <I'm here...>

-Unite spots Woolly hanging nearby.-

Unite: <Woolly! I'm so sorry! Those Ducklett, they were too fast for me! I tries to get a Protect Shield up, but they nailed me with an Ice Beam and->

Woolly: <Don't worry! I'm okay, just a bit bruised from landing in the sand.>

Unite: <...It's not okay, though.>

-Unite sighs.-

Unite: <Some Hero of Truth I'm turning out to be...>

Unite: <This is the Second time I've been captured in a week! Not only that, but I got shot down by a bunch of Ducklett. Ducklett, for goodness sake!> -Lowers his head.- <What's Reshiram going to say when she hears about this?>

Woolly: <Come on, Unite! I doubt she's going to be bothered about something as trivial as that!>

Unite: <...Heroes aren't ment to get captured, though.>

Harriet: <What? Seriously?!>

Woolly: <Harriet? When did you wake up?>

Harriet: <A few minutes ago. Argh! My wings are still numb from when those darn Ducklett got me!>
