I found him on top of Mt. Silver, which I could only enter because I have all the badges from both halves of the League. He didn't say anything at all when we fought. It was just me, him, and one raging hailstorm.

Inka (raises paw) — <Hey you! Come here, there's these funny machines here!>
-shows Iggy and Muddy a coffee machine that someone must have (fortunately) left behind-
Inka (smelling it) — <....? Smells nice...>
