As for Lati@s research, I got these papyrus *shows Tangent paper scrolls with artistic designs of a coastal city facing a tsunami* and some descriptions of a machine that may be related to them. I'd really like to find a Lati@s and ask them about that rumor that such machines used the remnants of Latii corpses as a power source... could help on the portal research... not to mention the space program.
