Well... I tried to tell Lucius about how Titan isn't in charge of Neo-Galactic anymore, but he didn't believe me, and he's still intent on sending Titan to jail. I'm gonna try to stop him, but if I try to fight Lucius without my Obscura at full capacity, that could go horribly.
