"I-I think I'll just open this now." -Finishes opening-

-Emma stumbles, missing Alex-

Emma: Sorry! Crazy Mon on the loose!

-Wario may come across Dune-

Crow: "Ah."

"Well, he'd be fine with that."

"Probably."

"I can't entirely speak for him because he's asleep after... something that happened last night."

-Jacob's gift is a red tuxedo that looks something like this◊.-

-Eskay is hugged, hugs back, waves to all those greeting him, gives Joseph his gift, and opens the gift Jacob gave him.-

-Anyway, Joseph's gift is a Quilava plushie.-

-Eskay gives Psyche a gift, then opens the one she gave him.-

-Hugs it- "Eskay thank you so much! In fact-" -In a blur he's gone, and a second later in a more classy red blur he reappears wearing it-

"I feel great in this!"

-Eskay's present opens up to be a crimson spray bottle, a notecard signed "Have a happy Christmas!" with a Psychay picture-

"The bottle is a little something I made up. I researched different plants and scents and what this should do is cause a release of... you know what I'm to happy to go into all the brainy stuff, basically the smell should make people happy and calm, so this coupled with your voice should be helpful. It also relaxes and dazes in super high concentrations so it's useful if you need to distract someone. I called it happy spray but if you think of a less lame name it's yours now."

-Smiles and turns to Hikari- "Oh~? That reminds me-" -Holds out a box-

"Merry Christmas!"

"If there is no way to win, I will simply force a way."

Challenger's Cave

-For Christmas, Herbert has returned here in order to be with his Pokemon. The local Pawniard appear to have gotten into the Christmas spirit, as the cave is covered in lights, tinsel and other assorted decorations. There is even a tree adorned with baubles in one corner, though the Pawniard don't seem to have grasped that you're supposed to put up coniferous trees for Christmas rather than deciduous ones. A certain Bisharp is currently chewing them out for this.-

Falchion: <...You have got to be kidding me. Do any of you idiots know the first thing about Christmas?>

Pawniard 1: <Erm... not really, sir!>

Pawniard A: <That's the one where you put out chocolate eggs for people to eat, right?>

-Falchion blinks at the Pawniard for a moment, then faceblades.-

Scimitar: <Now you know what I have to put up with every single day, sir.>

-Elsewhere in the cave, a Dusknoir is floating on top of a rock, telling a slightly... embellished version of Conquest-era events to a crowd of assorted Pawniard, a young Scraggy, a Bibarel, and a Monferno.-

Revan: <...And that's the story of how I saved Christmas from the Ghost Lord and his army of gremlins.>

Wrex: <Oh man that sounds awesome! I wish Kirk could've been around to hear that story, though... I bet he's got some awesome stories to tell as well...>

Elan: <Wow! That doesn't quite match up with what I read on the Recap page, though...>

Harkness: <...You know, even I would've put more effort into making that story at least somewhat believable.>

-Somewhere distance away from the crowds, a pair of Politoed are sat in a small spring, talking to a young Machop.-

Kerrigan: <So... yeah. That's how I ended up Shadowed. Herbert finally managed to save me and purify me, but... it took him a long time, and he hasn't really talked to me since...>

Leia: <O-oh, I'm s-sorry to h-hear that... m-maybe you s-should go and t-talk to B-Bishop? He went t-through the same k-kind of t-thing...>

Bail: <Hmph. This Orre place sounds like a right dump. I'm just glad that your trainer didn't drag you out there with him, Leia.>

-Said trainer is sat on a secluded crag of rock, surrounded by somewhat clumsily-wrapped packages of all shapes and sizes. Des' present is also sat nearby, though it hasn't been opened yet. A Tranquill is happily nesting on his shoulder, and nearby a Scizor is watching an Alakazam with a large scar running across his chest attempt to light a fire.-

Herbert: Are you sure that's going to be warm enough to bake Poffins on, guys?

Maul: ~Hopefully.~

Bishop: <Erm... would you mind making an additional effort to keep that fire under control, Maul? Only from where I'm sitting it seems to be a little too warm.>

-Herbert gives a small chuckle, before pulling out his Pokegear and sending out a text to the rest of the group.-

-After sending the message, he finally puts the finishing touches on the last of the packages and gives a small smile as he admires his handiwork. Each package contains a present, a small note, and a Christmas card with a picture of a Snover on the front and the message "Merry Christmas, from Herbert" written inside. With that done, Herbert turns to the Tranquill on his shoulder.-

Herbert: Samus, you'll be able to get all of these presents delivered in time, right?

Samus: <Of course!>

Herbert: Atta girl. I knew I could count on you. They should all be light enough for you to carry by yourself, but I wouldn't try carrying more than one at a time.

-Samus nods, then chirps merrily, picks up one of the packages, and flies off. No matter what obstacles are between her and the present's intended recipient, she reaches her destination, drops off the package, and flies off before heading back to the cave to pick up the next one. Over the course of the day, she delivers the following...-

-Eventually, after all of the presents are delivered and Samus has collapsed on top a rocky perch out of exhaustion, Herbert turns to Maul.-

Herbert: Now that we've gotten that out of the way... I think we should go and collect our guest for the day. As fun as it would be to spent Christmas Day itself with the team, things tend to get kind of hectic with them around, and I should probably spend some time catching up with old friends as well. Anyway, Maul?

-Maul nods, and blips Herbert and Bishop away.-

Trans rights are human rights. JK Rowling preaches hate. If you sit at a table with five bigots and say nothing, there are now six bigots.

Wario: <MERRY CHRISTMAS! :D>

-He throws Dune a Ground Gem, Deziree a Magnet, Eskay a green shard, and Psyche a Twisted Spoon-

Jacob: -Gets Herbert's package- "Oh YES! Hey wait I still need to give Herbert my gift! Aw... Hey Maul if you can hear me take this-" -Throws a box up into the air-

-Hikari's gift would open to reveal a snow globe with mini-figurines of the whole team in it, and a silver saphire-studded bracelet-

"I hope it's okay and coooool Holo-caster!"

After delivering a Holo Caster to everyone, Hikari turns to Crow

"It's the new technology in Kalos, it's basically a X-Transceiver, but instead of a simple screen, you instead see a holographic image of the person you're talking to, unless you prefer to keep yourself unidentified." explained Hikari, to everybody there

She then starts opening Jacob's gift.

"Aaaw! This is so cute!" said Hikari, shaking the snowglobe "Oh! I can see Sakura in here! This is sooooo awesome!"

She pretty much starts playing with the snow globe as if she was a little kid.

Psyche's gift to Eskay is a wood carving of a Noctowl and a Gothorita sleeping in a tree. ~I've been practicing my scrying skills while I was gone. I found a forest in Kalos where Noctowl and Gothorita live in peace. I thought you'd like it, so consider this a postcard from the future.~

She opens her other presents. ~Darn it, I was hoping for clothes.~
