Charlie Tunoku is a lover and a fighter.You could get by, but it'd be in a shitty part of the city. Keep in mind too, DC used to be the homocide capitol(lol) of the US, not sure if it still is.
As noted in thread title: Is about $2400 a month enough to get by in DC? how about $1500? Anyone know enough about the standard-of-living there to have some insight?
