So far there's been at least one extremely blatant ICO, um, shout-out beyond the art style, but as weird mixes go, the art tastes pretty delicious with 2D platforming.
Also, AAAAGH GIANT BLOB MONSTER WITH LIMBS EVERYWHERE

This game's been out in Europe for a while as A Shadow's Tale, and will be out in the Americas January 4th as Lost in Shadow.
Please, Tropers, someone tell me it's not just me, two friends, and Nintendo Power who are stoked for this sucker. It's like Mario met Ico and they decided to create an awesome together.
