There's no trailer there.
Game Trailers is having spasms from the mass of users hitting them. I'll post an alt site to view it at.
It's very Se7en mixed with HR Giger and HP Lovecraft.

Jonah FalconAlternate trailer location here.
Jonah Falcon...I won't judge it 'till I see some gameplay footage.
They assed first. I am only retaliating in an ass way. -The Dead Man's LifeI'm tentative here. Del Toro definitely has talent, but I've heard bad things about what happens when a filmmaker tries to branch out into making games without necessarily understanding hardware limitations and such.
That's Feo . . . He's a disgusting, mysoginistic, paedophilic asshat who moonlights as a shitty writer—Something AwfulDel Toro is a gamer, tho. He's aware of the limitations.
And doing a survival horror title is a good idea - Resident Evil, Alone In The Dark, Silent Hill, blah blah. We need more new I Ps. Alan Wake is a good start, but Insane looks like something Clive Barker would do.
Jonah FalconOh, and it's being developed by Volition, and I enjoy their games (Saints Row, Red Faction Guerrilla)
Jonah FalconI like del Toro, but the teaser was basically just a thing to tell us that del Toro is making a game. I know nothing about this game. I want to hope it's good, though.
"I can't imagine what Hell will have in store, but I know when I'm there, I won't wander anymore."Don't hold your breath, though. They just announced the game is coming out in 2013.
Jonah FalconWell, after 2011, I can probably wait for 2013.
"I can't imagine what Hell will have in store, but I know when I'm there, I won't wander anymore."Well that trailer told me absolutely nothing.
Underneath the bridge The tarp has sprung a leak And the animals I've trapped have all become my petsAs mentioned above, it actually did give us an idea of Del Toro's direction. He's a massive fan of both Alien and HP Lovecraft, and his design philosophy looks to incorporate both. So we can take an educated, approximated guess based on those design elements and what we know of Del Toro and conclude that his approach to horror will draw on our ignorance. Much like Alien and anything Lovecraft touches did.
I suspect the game will go down a sort of nihilistic, daemonic route similar to Lovecraft's ideas concerning gods and aliens; they simply don't care about us and we are incidental to their plans.
