I've heard it's supposed to be in front of the stressed syllable of the word.
I'd go with ri-fucking-diculous.
I'm going to go with "fucking ridiculous" because every other combination sounds, well, ridiculous.

I've always heard it used after the first syllable. in-fucking-credible, un-fucking-believable, and so forth.
Of course, the easy way to avoid the problem is to not drop F-Bombs in the first place.
