This one is blue, though. Is it different color for each Chuck?
"I am what I am, not what you are or what he would eventually become."Or a twilight/daytime lighting effect?
That would make the negazone effect stand out even more.
Hmm... Strange... That one is different from the others, but we know it brings a Chuck from the future... Maybe it's because it's dark outside? The other portals in daylight refracted sunlight or something?
I've got a question, though: why is this Chuck also King Radical? I thought there was only a single Chuck who was King Radical?
This Chuck is not "also" King Radical, he is THE King Radical. He has been disguising himself as "random Chuck from the future" since he appeared, all part of an elaborate plan to become president. He hid in the negazone and pretended to be a Chuck from the future who came to save the president, when in fact he was just plain old King Radical hidden in the negazone.

It's not a new Radical, it's new!Chuck being Radical the whole time.
I'll be that guy and bring up the voice question again.
"But don't give up hope. Everyone is cured sooner or later. In the end we shall shoot you." - O'Brien, 1984I am so happy for this development. I've missed King Radical.
My Tumblr. Currently liveblogging Haruhi Suzumiya and revisiting Danganronpa V3.But there's a King Radical in this timeline other than this Chuck right?

Oh my gosh, I see it now. Dr. McNinja gets surrounded by secret agents because he tried (and maybe succeeded?) to assassinate King Radical.
Writer, or something. And... a button? 🖲️no. The thinking is that this Chuck is the same King Radical we've known since Monster Mart, just disguised as a more mundane Chuck.
I have a message from another time...When did he get trapped into the Negazone, then?
I don't know Dr. McNinja chronology too well. It didn't help I forgot about reading it for what, a year?
Well... Last we saw him King Rad was just walking away. Maybe he went right to the white house and jumped in the negazone while the president was having the pizza party.
The spirit said he'd been hiding in there for a very long time.
Time distortion between negazone and real life?
(then again, between that time radical left & this arc we had 2 flashback arcs so no telling how much "time" in that world has passed between then and now)
Or maybe the spirit considers half an hour to be a long time. I didn't want to draw any conclusions from one line, just throw it out there.
Maybe there's also time travel involved in the King Radical getting into the Negazone?
He did say that only a Chuck Goodrich could ever be an expert at time travel.
Time travel shenanigans seems likely. At least, that's what I'm concluding from those faded tattoos.
Well he obviously gone to tattoo removal. Same part of disguise as cutting and dyeing his hair.
Dr McNinja's Final Thoughts:
WHAT?!?!
Don't forget, he also has a cloaking device.
"But don't give up hope. Everyone is cured sooner or later. In the end we shall shoot you." - O'Brien, 1984I'm not an expert on tattoos, but I thought removal left scars, not faded ink.
I could be wrong, though.
Well I did some googling and some have faded ink just like Rad's as intermediate steps and actually pretty clean skin afterwards.
My bad. Carry on.
and how time portals normally look.
everytime
even the very first
