YMMV / Wild Hogs

• Critical Dissonance: Reviews were rather scathing for Wild Hogs, having a 14% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Audiences? 72%. It was also a box office hit, grossing $253.6 million on a $60 million budget.
• Ensemble Dark Horse: John C. McGinley (of Scrubs fame) as a highway patrolman heartened by the gang's… ahem, close bond (and wanting to be part of it too), only is in two scenes, but savors every moment he's onscreen, getting some of the film's biggest laughs.
• Evil Is Cool: The Del Fuegos, the outlaw biker gang that the Wild Hogs encounter, certainly qualify, especially their leader Jack, courtesy of being played by Ray Liotta.
• Heartwarming Moments: The Stinger shows the gang got the bikers bar rebuilt by the Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.
• Ho Yay: Blazing between Dudley and Woody… although Dudley has a hilarious scene where he attempts to impress a girl in Starbucks with his programming skills and ends up with his computer shouting porn, and goes on to have a rather sweet romance with Mags the diner owner.
• Moment of Awesome: The gang standing up to the bikers at the end, always getting back up no matter how many times they're pushed down.
• One-Scene Wonder: Peter Fonda, who's no stranger to biker films, cameos in the very end as Damien Blade.
