* HarsherInHindsight: Cosmos himself is a blue Ultra who emphasizes of pacifistic means to end conflicts. The next series to air right in Cosmos' timeslot after it ended was none other than ''Anime/MobileSuitGundamSEED'', an anime which emphasizes on conflict based on FantasticRacism and PoorCommunicationKills. The kicker? A radical group calls themselves as "Blue '''Cosmos'''", which sows hatred towards the Coordinator race and refuses any peaceful treaty with the latter for as long as said race continues to exist.

Bad indentation + Misuse ("Actor mortality" shoehorn, please read the fifth paragraph on the trope page).

* HarsherInHindsight:
** Episode 57 features an old man who wants to summon Gralfan just to relive his past memory. At the end of the episode, he disappeared after becoming part of his past memory. Keep in mind that this episode was aired in 2002, and later in March 2003, his actor Hideyo Amamoto passed away.

Zero Context Examples; written to gush.

* SignatureScene: There are a few events of the series that are considered some of the best and most memorable moments.
** The first time Cosmos uses his Luna Rect and taming a monster, signaling a change in the Ultra Series' usual tradition of having even sympathetic monsters blown up or killed in the end. Then also the first time where he uses Corona Mode against Chaos Golmede, showing that despite his pacifist nature, he is ''not'' a pushover and can more than use lethal force if need to.
** The Luna vs Luna fight, where Cosmos fights the clone of his Luna Mode form. This is known as one of if not the best fight of the series proper.
** Everytime the Chaos Header organism manifest itself physically and gives Cosmos the hardest fights in his life.
** Cosmos defeat at the hands of chaos header and his resurrection with him having a new powerful form : [[SuperMode Eclipse Mode.]]
** The first appearance of the Chaos Ultraman.

* NarmCharm: As mention above his fighting style tends to be odd looking, but when Cosmos uses it on the offensive, he can dish out a glorious beating like nobodies bussiness. Special mention goes to his fight with the Luna clone.

Special mention goes to his fight with the Luna clone. His fighting style also looks less odd to those who recognise it as Tai Chi, a defensive style of Kung Fu focused on redirecting the opponent's strikes.

* CommonKnowledge: Some people think Cosmos's Full Moon Rect and Luna Extract abilities mind control [[HeelFaceBrainwashing Monsters, and Aliens into submission]]. This is not true, It cannot force someone to become good, it can only calm down or remove the brainwashing capabilities of other forces, most notably Chaos Header. If a monster, or alien are doing something of their own free will the Luna Extract beam can't stop them. [[spoiler: Funny enough, BrainwashingForTheGreaterGood fits Chaos Header's methods way more]].
