These are what we call the 'YMMV items.' Things that some people find in this work. We call them 'your mileage might vary' because not everyone sees these things in the same way. This starts discussions in the trope lists, a thing we don't want. Please use the discussion page if you'd like to discuss any of these items.
Not to say Tomorrow's Pioneers isn't extreme and pretty much insane. It is, very much so. However, some of the events (over-)dramatized in the show really do occur with depressing frequency.
Hundreds of thousands of Palestinians really were driven out of their homes in 1948 by Jewish mobs, and the remaining original refugees do often carry the keys to their (probably long-destroyed) homes. Ditto for Palestinians in the West Bank displaced by Israeli "settlement"-building and random farm-levelling post-1967.
The IDF has been known to stop ambulances at the border (or at the many "checkpoints" Israel has set up within the occupied West Bank). This has indeed led to otherwise-preventable deaths.
This show embodies the old saying "One man's terrorist is another man's freedom-fighter."
This even holds true within Palestine itself. The (mainstream) Palestinian Authority famously hated the show, considering it counterproductive to any sort of negotiations with Israel, and tried to get it yanked off the air.
